I don't usually writes reviews but I feel compelled to share the wonderful experience with Aaron Henry. Its nice not to be pressured into items or STUFF you don't need. As well as all involved with the easy buy from Aaron and he has quite a good story to tell. It our second purchase with Tom Gill and am very satisfied and look forward to sending folks there for vehicle purchase

I'm old enough to remember the slimy feeling that you just left the dealership knowing you were taken advantage of, but not sure how badly. And absolutely certain there was a special place in xxxx for the salesperson (and sales manager) you had just dealt with. Though the internet has helped level the playing field, there are still a lot of salespeople out there that just don't seem to get it. Maria definitely isn't one of these. We needed a car, and we needed to get it that day. After determining our budget and knowing what our best options were, we headed out to check out 3 options. The first dealer immediately disclosed some facts that I wasn't comfortable with, so we headed to our second stop, Tom McGill. Maria greeted us warmly and helped us locate the vehicle we were interested in. She reviewed the "McGill Difference" for used cars and set us up for a test drive. We liked the car, but I wanted to check the last place, despite Maria warning us this particular car was priced under market and would probably sell quickly. The last dealership was both a total bust and one of the "old school" shark pools. So we returned to McGill where Maria convinced her sales manager to retrieve the keys for the car from another sales person who was waiting for a customer appointment to arrive for that car, could show it! I've had good experiences buying new cars from a certain dealership around here, but never got through a used car buying experience so quickly and easily. The next time I'm looking for a car of any kind, I'll see what Maria can do.
