I bought a brand new 1500 Chevrolet Silverado Trail Boss LT from Tom Gill about a month ago. 1900 miles in and have transmission problems.. I call the dealership on a Monday to tell them the issue and that I need a loaner vehicle. Because the contract I signed, said I get a free loaner if anything were to happen to my new truck. I’m told they don’t have anything available until Thursday, well I work for a living and only off Monday’s. The problem is now, it’s not Thursday. Feel like this went against the contract I signed for the most part, not impressed with Tom Gill and will NOT recommend them to anyone!

She found exactly what we were looking for with the upgrades we needed and in a beautiful color. I came to Tom Gill Chevrolet because they had the lowest price on the car I wanted. They gave me a fair offer for my trade. The person that appraised my car even let me ride along. They didn't hold my keys hostage. The salesperson, Matt and the sales manager, Gregg were both friendly and respectful even though I didn't purchase right away. Matt followed up with me and I ended up buying that car later the same day. I've already had follow up from Matt and the service/parts department. Good prices, friendly people. Low pressure.
