I had two experience at Herson's Kia the first one was wonderful. Chavez Ralph it's the name of the greatest car dealer, we went for a trade it didn't work out but he got us a great deal for an amazing car with no down payment and all the staff was very helpful. My 2nd experience was not pleasant. I booked an appointment with the mechanic for my right rear tire, I got there ;after payment he told me that he fixed the left rear tire who in my knowledge had no problem and he tried to convince me that's what I came for
