I can't say enough good things about my experience dealing with everyone I came in contact with at King Kia, from the beginning of my interactions online and by phone with Willy and Ruben, through my meeting them in person with the addition of Nan and Michelle helping to finalize the transaction. I characterize the whole experience as fair, honest, transparent, respectful, professional, and then some. Having researched and been in contact with multiple dealers in preparation for this purchase, none of those interactions came anywhere close to my experience. They truly are outstanding!

We purchased the Sportage SX Hybrid new in Feb. 2023. The front seats are thin, but comfortable - not sure how they will hold up over time. The front touch screen is overly complicated with menus and sub-menus requiring eyes off the road to use. I would prefer more physical buttons. These issues are easily overcome and would highly recommend it.

Go and see Bill Buckley in Service at King Kia. He was not only courteous on the phone but also when I went to drop my car off. It seemed that everyone at the dealership is going an extra mile to earn and give respect.

Love my Kia sportage hybrid. It handles good and has features I haven't found yet. The problem is on a trip I'm getting 30mpg. Local driving I get less.

From the day I purchased my Kia shortage in 2018, regular maintenance service is quick and efficient, staff are nice and courteous and waiting area is clean.

Our old car got totalled and we had to buy another car. We rented a 2021 Kia Sportage while we were waiting for the insurance settlement. We liked the Sportage, although it was a little thirsty (about 24mpg). We looked at lots of cars, but we kept coming back to the Kia Sportage. Whenever I asked Kia owners how they liked their cars, they told me that they loved them. Fuel efficient and reliable- what more could you ask for? We looked at new and used cars; however, there is not much of a price difference between the two these days. The Kia warranty sealed the deal for us- it's the best in the industry. So we took the plunge and ordered a 2023 Kia Sportage Hybrid SX Prestige in Vesta Blue. We got all of the options, so that brought up the price. We had to wait about 3 months for the car to come in, but it was well worth the wait. The car has so many features, including backup cameras, blind spot monitoring, and blind spot cameras. It has lane keep assist as well as a collision avoidance system. This SUV practically drives itself. We are currently getting about 36 mpg overall, which is fine with us. When we are doing city driving, the electric engine takes over. It has Apple Car Play and Android Auto; unfortunately, these are wired options. There are an abundance of USB- C chargers throughout the cabin, so everybody can stay plugged in. One of the great things about Kias, which all of the reviews note, is that they provide a lot of value for the consumer. They don't nickel and dime you on everything. Instead, they provide many things as standard equipment which other brands charge extra for. Overall, we are very satisfied with our purchase. We are a Kia family for life!

The dealership and staff were very kind and non-forceful in me making a decision. I strongly felt they valued my needs over their own. Also they were not up charging on their vehicles like other dealerships.

having owned a 2017 Kia Sportage SX and a 2021 Kia Seltos SX and my wife a 2019 Kia Sportage LX AWD we are very familiar with the Sportage.The all new Kia Sportage Hybrid SX AWD is the best of the best.Kia did a great job redesigning the all new hair Hybrid Sportage it is larger and a hair wider then previous Sportage's and handles and rides beautifully.The interior design is well thought out and very comfortable and the technology is incredible.I have driven a little over 225 miles and keep the drive in smart mode and am averaging over 38 mpg.There are 4 drive modes Eco,Sport,Smart and Snow mode.I can't wait for a highway trip to see what kind of mileage I get it should be 42-45 mpg's.There's a lot of leg room in the back seat and the storage space is very impressive.Thank god it doesn't have the start stop feature the Seltos had which I hated.Will review again after more milage.
