Herson's was a pleasure to deal with in purchasing my Kia Sportage. They were not high pressure and were very accommodating. They let me take vehicle out for a test drive without sitting in vehicle with us. They also delivered a promised part to my home after it arrived at dealership which I appreciated. So far so good, I am pleased with my vehicle and the dealership.

As a first-time buyer, car shopping seemed intimidating. However, the staff at Hearson's made it easy! Pearla and Josh were incredibly friendly, supportive, and patient throughout the whole process, never once pressuring me or exploiting my lack of experience. It was the easiest, most straightforward dealership I had in my process and I would absolutely come back! We did experience a bit of pressure to buy an extended warranty, but once we made it clear we weren't interested, the person helping respectfully backed off.

This was a great sales experience! The car was exactly as described and photographed on their website, and the sales associate was very nice and answered all my questions. The finance associate was a little pushy with purchasing an extended warranty, and got a little grumpy when I refused an additional purchase, but overall we got the job done!

He was informative and patient, and went above and beyond when I visited the dealership, called with queries and eventually made the purchase.
