I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Herson’s Kia, especially working with Ralphael Louis Chavez. Before coming to Herson’s, I had a very disappointing experience at Laurel Kia. I left there feeling like all Kia dealerships were the same, poor customer service, and not focused on the customer. I was honestly ready to give up on Kia altogether and start shopping for a different brand. Thankfully, I decided to give Kia one more chance, and that’s where I met Ralphael at Herson’s Kia. From the moment we started talking, he completely changed my perception of what a car-buying experience should be. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle instead of just making a sale. Even though he was busy, he never lost focus on what I was really looking for and made me feel like I was his top priority. Thanks to Ralphael, I ended up purchasing a fully loaded 2027 Kia Telluride, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. He answered every question, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and made everything smooth and stress-free. The same goes for the Finance Department. I usually feel pressured when it comes time to meet with the finance manager, but at Herson’s, Andrea was so professional, welcoming, and transparent that the entire transaction felt more like working with family than buying a car. If it weren’t for Ralphael, Andrea, and the entire Herson’s Kia team—from the manager to the person who cleaned and prepared my vehicle—I would be driving a different brand today.
