Excellent service

Scott Luscombe was my sales person. I had purchased many cars in my 68 years of living but was one Of the best interaction with sale person I ever have. My deal went smoothe. I drove out the same day with my car completely satisfied .

Proud Jeep Owner!

Had an awesome experience with RL! They gave me an incredible deal, worked within my budget, had me in and out, even brought my car to me after my purchase!! In this business it is rare for dealerships to not only have and promote a mission and core values but to also live them from management to the sales team and this group has it! CHRIS LEON-the perfect salesman/sales experience

i had never been into this beautiful Ron Lewis facility. i was coming to the very end of my previous lease and was looking to purchase out my lease. In going into the facility to do so, I encountered Chris Leon,who I remembered from a previous dealership. Wow! Chris was amazing! We discussed the possibility of leasing a new vehicle. Chris went way out of his way to find one to meet my needs. Once we did that Chris kept in touch with me regularly to have me see and test drive the Jeep on MY schedule in MY time. Once I decided to go ahead Chris went above and beyond to get for me the exact leasing situation that worked for me. And he did so quickly, efficiently, effectively and so kindly. I came to this dealership to browse. I STAYED AND PURCHASED BECAUSE OF CHRIS LEON. He did what he said he would. I would come back for any future purchase/leases as long as he is here. A truly great experience.

No Rebate Stacking.. and that's a GOOD thing!

We live in a time where the old 'bait and switch' has become the new normal for car dealerships. Many dealers like to advertise this amazing low price Online by stacking rebates and incentives that you'll never qualify for just to get you in the door, waste your time and hope you'll just give in because you've invested too much. That's a disgusting and dishonest practice and I for one, won't give my time or money to anyone that does that. With that said, if you want to avoid that nonsense and have a good, honest experience buying a vehicle, go to Ron Lewis. I cannot tell you how refreshing it was to go in and have real conversations with real people and just avoid that whole rebate stacking garbage. They're not flashy, they're not going to wow you with gimmicks. What you will get, is a fair and honest price on a vehicle. I've bought quite a few cars over the years and it was actually a pleasant experience for the first time ever working with Paul and Shawn. Friendly, down to Earth folks that merely want to see you happy and earn your business for life, rather than trick you in with a low price you'll never qualify for. I did my research before I went in. I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay and they surprised me beyond my expectations. Great people, great service.

They won't help you in service. Tech's just change parts

I'm from Toronto. Def system broke on way up from Florida. Needed a def injector. Told me I needed a cat also cause bolts rusted. I told them to heat up bolts, break them off and retap. No way, they don't do that. Too much work. Tim the tech said he'd try but I couldn't watch. What a joke. Truck was in limp mode or I would have driven home. 3 hours to my Toronto Dodge dealer. I called my diesel tech and he told me to put it on a flat bed and have it towed in. I should have done that. Cost me an extra $1800.00. I'm from out of town and they know that. I've been a Dodge guy from way back. I own 5 Dodge 2500 diesels at this time. Use them for work. They have been good all along. Taking them all to Ford. See you Dodge. Maybe bad luck with Ford, but that's ok. I'll give them my money. Steer clear of Ron Lewis Automotive. They really don't know what there doing. That goes for the service advisers and management.

Had my RAM in for oil change; was told it would be 2 hrs....

Had my RAM in for oil change; was told it would be 2 hrs. Within a 1/2 hr or less, my truck was good to go!! I asked when next change was do n was told 5-8,000 miles but the truck would tell me!! I’m pleased with the service n curtesy of your personal. Thank you

Service I received from Evan was outstanding. He is knowledgeable patient thorough and very kind. We traded two trucks in (which they were able to match the price we wanted with no issue). It was a pleasure dealing with just one person.
