Excellent Service from Cliff Koloski at Ron Lewis

If you are looking to buy a car from someone you can trust and who provides excellent customer service - I highly recommend Cliff Koloski at Ron Lewis. I was looking for a car for my 17 year old daughter. Because she is a teen, I didn't want to spend a lot of money but still wanted a safe, reliable car that looked good. Cliff helped me find the perfect car based on my needs.

Hi Stacy- Happy we were able to help you and your daughter! Happy holidays to you~

Keeping down payments for a prolonged period is bad

I spoke to one of your sale Associates on 11/29 who was helping me locate a Dodge Challenger. He found one in Baltimore Maryland and I put $5000.00 down on the purchase of the car. I left the dealership and my check was cashed on Dec 2 2019. I found out that the deal fell thru that same week because the Baltimore dealership had another buyer. That was fine with me however, the Cranberry dealership has decided to keep my $5000.00 dollars for an extended period of time. I still have not received my check today 12/12/2019. I was expecting to get a 2020 Dodge Challenger and would have most likely purchased one at the Cranberry dealership that dealership is just around the corner from where I live. The Cranberry dealer ship could have just given me the check but decide to prolong my refund. I will most likely go elsewhere for my 2020 car. Customer service rating is only related to Mr Sabo

Amy was very understanding and helpful at getting me out of my lease and into a loan for my 2019 Cherokee. I have confidence in my dealing with Ron Lewis Jeep in Cranberry Township.

Patience and knowledge

Mark,my salesman, was extremely patient with me throughout the entire process. He guided me through an array of vehicles to find me the most affordable choice for my budget. I purchased a 2019 Wrangler Sport and am looking forward to adding details ,like running boards etc in the future.Mark made the experience as pleasant as possible, and continued with follow up phone calls to make sure I was happy with my vehicle.I have purchased 6 Jeeps at this location and would definitely recommend Mark and the team that supports him there. His finance manager, his parts specialist, and the gentleman who assesses the trade in value.

Terrible service department

Made an appointment online and then called to confirm and see how long work would take on the vehicle. When i called i was transferred to service twice and no one picked up. I was told that someone would call me back within the hour. I never got a call back. Drove 45 minutes away and was then told they couldn’t work on my vehicle because it was a ford even though this is the same place i purchased it from.

Great Experience

I was greeted at the door and directed to where I needed to be. I was introduced to Alieschia who assisted in making my Lease experience with professionalism and kindness. It was a great experience for me and she was very helpful in finding me exactly what I wanted. I have always wanted a Jeep but thought it was out of my price range. They worked with me and made me feel like they cared. They were professional in every step of my lease experience.

Fraudsters and Rude

They were very rude and wasted my time. They advertised a sale for almost $12,000 off and only did $2,000. Go some place else!!!!

Very Unprofessional General Manager Justin S

I recently purchased a brand new 2020 Jeep Wrangler from Ron Lewis in Cranberry Twp. My saleswoman was Christy Engle, and she made my experience on the day of purchase good. My disappointment with Ron Lewis as a whole comes in the week after my purchase. I noticed a dent in my rear bumper that appeared to be a minor damage. Knowing I didn't back into anything, I assumed either this dent was present at the time of purchase and I didn't notice or someone backed into me (much more likely). My insurance representative recommended I call my dealership to see if they would offer to fix this for free (as many dealers would do), since I had just purchased the vehicle only 3 days ago. I was put in contact with Dan Trovey, a sales manager, who was professional on the phone but did tell me that my bumper-to-bumper warranty did not cover "incidental damages" such as this. Although disappointed that Ron Lewis would not offer this courtesy to fix my bumper, I understood what he explained. The worst experience I have ever had with a businessperson came a few days later. After writing an e-mail to Ron Lewis to express my disappointment following my purchase (as my insurance rep recommended I do), I was called by one of the higher-up general managers Justin Serle (not sure of last name spelling). Rather than approaching me in a professional, courteous manner, Justin talked to me like he was a disciplinarian, and even raised his voice excessively to me throughout the call. He shamed me for even having the thought that Ron Lewis might fix this dent for free and made comparisons to my professional career in medicine (which he is not qualified to discuss). He said "If I had a surgical procedure and asked for all my money back afterwards, would you just give it to me?" - which is not even an accurate comparison at all, and is also disrespectful towards my career. As he kept raising his voice and yelling at me on the phone, I responded that I would be writing an online review of my disappointing experience with him. His response to that was that that made him "sick to his stomach" and that it would be "a shame" - so now he proceeded to shaming me for using my right to write a review online after a bad experience. This phone call went on for about 15 minutes and was filled with cruel remarks by Justin and complete unprofessionalism. I have never experienced such treatment from ANYONE, let alone someone I have given a lot of business to (in purchasing a new vehicle). I would NOT recommend Ron Lewis to anyone, not because the car buying process is unfair, but because the follow-up after purchase and the lack of courtesy of staff is abysmal. Justin was so unbelievably rude and unprofessional, and he had zero communication skills and no idea of what good customer service entails.

Good Morning- We can't help but notice that you have taken the time out of your busy life to copy and paste your review on nearly every available comment site. We do regret that your communication with our Management was not optimal and we are always seeking ways to improve upon our team members' communication skills and thus will be sure to address your opinions with the team. Our service members did invite you in to have your damage assessed and to help you to schedule any necessary repairs, however, we were not able to agree to covering the cost of your repair since the damage had occurred once the vehicle was under your ownership. We are very familiar with insurance companies and their policies and feel that the cost of this repair is an issue you should take up with them. If you would like us to assist in the repair please do not hesitate to call you sales representative or any member of our service team. If that is not the case, then we wish you the best of luck.
