I had a great experience working with Chris. He greeted my fiancé and I as soon as we walked onto the lot. He never once pressured me, but truly wanted to find me the vehicle I wanted. He worked with me to get me exactly what I was looking for and for the right price. I love my new Jeep Renegade! So lucky to have found Chris.

The transmission on the 07 Chrysler Pacifica went and I needed to purchase a car for my wife very. I searched for a Chrysler Town & County and came across the Ron Lewis dealership, filled out the online data, and quickly received an email and text message from Ken Shotter. I had no plans to purchase quickly and was gong to simply look at vehicles at a number of dealerships on a Saturday. Ken reached out to me but I had already set out for another location. Ken strongly recommend that I forego that dealer and come deal with him as he ensured that he would give me the best value on trade and get me into the vehicle that I wanted. Needless to say Ken delivered on his word. I didn't plan on purchasing, but Ken was so personable and made the transaction seamless. I will be purchasing future vehicles from him!!!!

I recently purchased a truck from this dealership. I drove for 6 hours to get there, was greeted in the parking lot by my salesperson Chris Leon who I had spoken to on the phone, and viewed the truck they had advertised. It was perfect, cleaned up and waiting for me. They gave me a great price both on the newer truck as well as the truck I was trading in. Couldn't be happier. Chris made the process smooth.

Worst car buying experience ever, vehicle I purchased is unsafe for use,(how they could put an inspection sticker on this vehicle without a parking brake??) And they did the inspection Especially when there is an open recall stating that it can pop out of park and roll away? Front power windows don't move.These problems were discovered the day after I drove the car home i notified dealer right away giving dealer chance to make things right still waiting?? . I wanted to go to a Ram (dealer) thinking I would be taken care of instead of going to Billy Bob's Used Cars?? There are other issues with the car not safety-related and I'm not asking for those to be fixed!(UPDATE) 3/12/2018 finally got safety related problems fixed after I posted a honest review , only to find out the truck was not what it was advertised . Add claimed truck had the 5.7 multi displacement engine and 8 speed transmission (good fuel economy) only to find out it doesn't after asking thier service department . I knew something was wrong because the poor fuel economy. I have the add (the dealership printed out for me) that states 8 speed . This is a ram dealer they must have known it because 8 speed transmissions have a dial to select your transmission gear and the 6 speeds have the regular style shifter lever on the steering column ? Pretty darn easy to tell the difference if you know that. Im not a ram employee selling Chrysler products or I surely would. So now I'm stuck (I would have never even looked at this truck) yet alone buy it if I knew it was not equipped with the fuel efficient features that I was looking for, I again let my salesman know there was a problem but he was never too concerned from the beginning (sale was completed) I wouldn't have even looked at this truck. I understand mistakes happen but the consumers should not be misled because of ignorance or mistakes and end up with a different product than they were promised especially on high dollar items such as vehicles. After reading other reviews there were similar reviews I guess I should have looked into them first but again its a ram dealer, I thought it would be fine this is why I bought this truck . Do NOT give this dealership a cent. They raise the price to make it seem like you are getting a great deal. Price out your trade before you go because they will tell you what Kelly Blue Book says your car is worth and its not even close to what it actually is. After waiting over an hour and a half we decided we wanted to think about the price (because their prices are awful) and got mocked by a MANAGER saying "I will think about it too". Called iut there talk to Ken and ld him what i was looking for sent me the app on fax filled it out sent it back within the hour called me and said your apprived come and get it. Wow that fast helped me out in all kinds of ways got me approved and add on a warrenty. Thanks for everything much appreciated will tell everyone..

It was time to trade in our Ford went up to Ron Lewis cranberry to look at the new grand Cherokee had a excellent experience with the dealer the sales people treated us like we were family was referred there by one of r family members who been buying cars off of them for 20 years one of the most smoothest car buying we've experienced Thanks again. I feel that I was taken advantage of. Poor customer service by the service department. I will never bring my car to be serviced there again. The car salesmen are great, I had a great experience buying my car. I learned a lot in the last few days when it comes time to get my car fixed, so thanks for that!!!
