I have to say that we couldn't have ask for a more professional and knowledgeable sales associate. Lionell Jones was able to answer any questions and put my wife into a 2016 Cherokee. I recently purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Ron Lewis Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram of Cranberry. The sales associate I dealt with was Tyler and the manager was Ray. They were straightforward and very helpful. They were both easy to relate to and had great personalities. I have purchased 2 other vehicles from this dealer in the past from a Mark. Tyler Kison was my Salesman and he made sure I received exactly what I was looking for and it was en route I only had to wait a few days. He was very courteous and adamant about ensuring I had a superior customer experience from the time I walked in the door to the time I left. I worked with Michelle in Finance and she was great to work with, very quick, within 1/2 hour I was done. When I picked up my Jeep, Tyler made sure he spend sufficient time reviewing all the options and answering any questions I had, he even provided additional tips. Overall I would absolutely recommend them and plan to return when I'm ready for another new jeep.
