Bought my new Jeep Wrangler and the salesman was wonderful. Let another car for service as well as having the add ons put on my Jeep is the service department bombed big time. The other car was registered under the wrong name in the computer and when they didn't get an answer at that number no one looked to see what the number was on the car tag. Had to keep calling them to bug about the car and at one point was told they didn't even have the car at that shop. As for the Jeep was promised the car at noon, arrived at just before 1 and was told it wouldn't be done til after 5. One big run around. Make sure the car you buy has all you want so you never have to go back for service.

The best car buying experience I've ever had. The whole team there was great. My enthusiastic salesman, Jim Polecritti was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He even helped me with the embarrassing task of cleaning out my messy trade-in vehicle while a thunderstorm was looming. I'm glad I stopped in to give a quick look and ended up leaving with exactly what I wanted. I'd give Ron Lewis Automotive more stars if I could.
