Had an issue with my 07 Ram. I contacted service and talked to Ed before I arrived. Not long after I left the truck I was called with a diagnosis. I told Ed to go ahead and complete the repair. Later on that day he called again with a different diagnosis. The point to my review is that the service team took the time to look over the truck again and get the right part repaired. Ed stayed in contact with me and went to great lengths to get the job done timely and right. I will certainly do business with this store again and thank you guys for the great work. By the way, they washed and vacuumed the truck as well!

I had a great time working out a deal with these people. I found them when I was looking for a challenger around columbus as I am from columbus. I came across a listing on one of cars website, thats when I contacted them. They made sure that I got all the info about the car. I must thank the manager Ray specially cos without him I wouldn't have drove all the way till Pittsburgh to get the car. He made sure that I get each and every detail about the car and was in contact with me constantly. He also updated the latest pics of the car and made sure that the car is properly detailed before delivery. I had to make sure that the car is test driven before I could confirm the deal so I had one of my friend who is from Pittsburgh to visit them and test drive it. Thats when sales person Jordan came into picture. He was generous enough to explain each and every option about the car and made sure that all the doubts that my friend had about it were cleared. Ray also tried to give me the best finance options available. On the day of delivery they made sure that the all the necessary paperwork is done prior to my visit and the temporary tag is properly fixed on to the car. As soon as I enterd into the dealership both Ray and Jordan made sure that I feel comfortable all the time. The time took for the paper work is not more than 2 min which was really impressive. Finally, Ron Lewis is the best place if you are looking for a new or used car. I would definitely recommend them and hope to deal with them in the future.
