Great truck at a great price from a really nice gentleman
I just purchased a new 2015 Dodge RAM truck with the help of Mark Ghobryal of Ron Lewis Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Cranberry Township PA. Mark did a fantastic job finding a vehicale which met all of my primary wants. He worked very well with me throughout the 3 day purchasing process and in the end delivered a vehicle I am very happy with. When my wife showed up at the dealership unannounced to look at the truck Mark took the time to show her the truck without any dscussion of price. She was very at ease with Mark. If you want a great car or truck at a great price and yern for the assistance of a non-typical sales associate, then Mark is your man. Courteous and patient, he is a gentleman and professional. Great dealership
If you're looking for a vehicle, Ron Lewis jeep, dodge is the place to go. They drove 45 mins each way to pick me up so I could get me new jeep. Great and friendly service. I would buy there again!

Customer Service Culture evident
Initial purchase experience was great. No real problems the first year, except for the check engine light coming on. Promptly received service appointment, was treated very well by service rep, follow up visit scheduled easily. Each person I encountered was very friendly, courteous, and volunteered to assist without being asked. I wish I needed to buy another Jeep because I would definitely buy it from these people.

Repeat Customer but wasn't treated like one
Me and my wife came back to Ron Lewis this week as repeat customer(just last April we purchased a 2011 Jeep Wrangler and a 2010 Kia Rio). We were going for a new car this time because it turns out the kia rio was not a car I enjoyed driving and was already experiencing some problems. Over the phone they were very helpful and empathetic with our situation(the kia had huge negativity equity and our credit isn't in the best shape). We discussed all of these things up front and the payment we were comfortable with. We go out that evening and test drive a Chrysler 200c and Jeep Patriot. They explain the Chrysler may be better to help with the situation we are in and we agree and we loved both cars so it wasn't a concern. Then after they run the numbers they come back with a payment that was $175 OVER what we said was our max. They used the excuse that we have to put work into the kia(mind you the kia I have only had for a year from their dealership) and explained how that wasn't a reliable car and it was safer for me to upgrade(because they couldn't stand behind their own vehicle they sold.) they also said we could afford that high of a payment because we were going to save $80 in gas a month alone. After me and my wife explained that was not possible we discussed a basic jeep patriot. Better price and as we look at it the sales person said "this one I know we can get to your payment range). He comes back to us still $80 over the budget and explains we just need to bite the bullet to have a new car since ours isn't great. We again decline because we can't make a payment that high(we are trying to fix our credit not make unbearable payments that put us under farther). We agree to head home for the night because in the morning the finance manager will call the banks and work down the payment. The next day I call the dealership to find out what is going on and the sales person isn't even working that day(which he forgot to mention) and the finance manager tells me she has no record of my file in front of her to start working on. After she finds it she says she will work on it and call me back. 3 hours go by(I only get upset because if you say you will get back to me then do it) and I have to call yet again to see if we should make arrangements to go out that night when we get done with work. The finance manager says the sales manager is working on it and may be giving you guys a discount to help(which would be fine that's appreciated they would try). I say to her I need to make plans and ask when I would hear. She told me she will talk to him now and call me within 15-20 minutes. So after 90 minutes I call them AGAIN to find out what I can and she is not available and the sales manager they put me in contact with says she is working on it not him but they are having a hard time getting there(again I get it bad credit and negative equity don't make for a good deal but when we disclose that up front why were we told its not a problem). My wife then calls upset that we are literally chasing them down to sell us a car and the finance manager tells her she will have an answer for us in 15 minutes guaranteed and she will call me back by that time. Well another 45 minutes went by with no response so we gave up. Now to make matters worse I call today to ask which bank approved us for the loan and the sales rep answer was "Oh I don't know" WHEN IS THAT EVER ACCEPTABLE?!?!?!? When I ask him to look so I can contact that bank he goes "Why, we already tried that and couldn't get it any lower" Now I usually don't yell at people especially over the phone so I chose to hang up instead. I called back to ask for finance to see if they could tell me the bank and none of them would pick up so finally I get a sales manager who looks up the information and says he doesn't see a bank on file. He then tells me they may have called in a favor to get us an approval and if they called in a favor we should "run down there and take the car at their price" WHO SAYS SOMETHING SO RUDE??? and when I ask about the bank name again he says "Oh didn't you tell the sales person another dealership was willing to help you" I said there is another dealership I am working with as well yes. He tells me he wont share the name of the bank with them or me because it was done on a favor their dealership. All in all it seems that unless you go there cash in hand or a absolutely perfect credit score you get very bad service. I am in customer service and sales separately and can not see how they can treat a customer like that let alone someone who was trying to be a loyal customer. I can say me and my wife will not use this dealership again for anything.
