I have always dreaded the car shopping experience. After visiting three other dealerships in my search for a new Jeep Wrangler, I made the 1 1/2 hour trip to Ron Lewis in Cranberry. This is where I met Matthew DeHomme (salesman) and Brian (general manager). Matthew had the vehicle I was looking for at a price that could not be beat. Before I knew it, I was signing the papers for my new Jeep. It was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I cannot thank Matthew enough for all he did. If and when I need another vehicle, Ron Lewis will be my only stop. In December, I purchased a 2014 Dodge Ram and the overall experience was excellent. I worked with both Matthew and Dakota because the deal took a few days since the specific truck I was looking had to come from another dealership. They were both very patient with me as we considered a few different trucks and they were able to get the exact truck I was looking for. The service they provided was more than expected, as Dakota actually drove to my house in a snow storm to bring papers to my wife for her signature. Overall, the service and experience were excellent and I would highly recommend given them a chance if you are considering a new vehicle.

Matthew DeNomme gave me the best purchase experience of my life. He was focused on making sure he understood my needs, price, and best way to structure the purchase. Matthew was very helpful in reviewing all my options for both the vehicle and more importantly for determining the best pricing and loan terms. Making the final decision was a no brainer, because Matthew laid out my options in a crystal clear manner. I went to Ron Lewis Cranberry to meet with my new sales representative, Matt DeNomme, after my previous sales rep was promoted. I walked in and Matt walked right up to me to introduced himself. We spoke for few moments and he was very pleasant to talk to. Eventually he asked me if I was interested in trying to get a new vehicle. I informed him that I would love to have a 4 door Jeep Wrangler or 4 door truck, as I have always wanted one. We walked around the lot and found a 4 door Wrangler that I really liked. Matt not only went and got the keys to the Jeep, he seemed just as excited to test drive it as me! We both had an awesome test drive and the vehicle was smooth on the road as can be! Once we got back to the dealer, he let me take it home for the night as an extended test drive and wow was I extremely impressed. We went to sign on the Jeep and he was extremely patient with me, answering all of my questions that I had. After I signed for the Jeep, Matt and I noticed a chip in the windshield and he informed me that they would fix it for free. Brought the Jeep to the dealership the following Tuesday and the installed a new windshield. In all, my experience with Ron Lewis Automotive was absolutely fantastic! I bought my first car there and traded it for a Jeep. I plan on buying an additional vehicle down the road from Ron Lewis Automotive! Everyone was pleasant, full of smiles, and very knowledgeable. Thank you Matt and the Ron Lewis Team for giving this guy the vehicle of his dreams! I HIGHLY recommend stopping in and seeing what they can do for you!

I was referred to the cranberry dealership due to a written letter to Ron Lewis (due to a purchase made at century 3 which became a problem) Resolution to the problem was handled exceptionally well at the cranberry dealership. This will make me refer to the cranberry office. All of the associates at the cranberry office was exceptionally nice going above the call of duty. They were "human" rather than sales associates

I bought a 2009 dodge 1500 from Matt. My experience with the dealership and Matt was great because he took the to time see what I really wanted and gave me many options of trucks. He made sure I was happy with everything from the start to the end. He also kept took the time to help me get the best deal there was and he gave the best deal there was. I was extremly happy with my experience with my purchase of my truck.

My wife and I ad the pleasure of buying a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited in September 2013. My wife had done research on a vehicle she wanted and decided she wanted the Jeep Grand Cherokee. She located the Jeep she wanted at your Dealership. When we arrived at the lot we located the jeep and had a look around it. We then looked around at other jeeps sitting in the lot and decided on the jeep she found. After going back to look at the jeep she wanted, Matt came out to the lot and asked if we had any questions or was being helped. We told him we were interested in the jeep. Matt went over in detail the jeep, it's functions, and the reliability of the jeep. Matt was very knowledgable of the jeep. His knowledge and friendliness is something I haven't seen in many years. It's the best service we have ever received at any dealership in country. I have plans on returning to your dealership and purchasing a truck for myself. The service Matt provided us can't be beat as far I'm concerned. The price of the jeep and the deal we received was the best we found as well. We could not find better pricing anywhere. The dealership was supposed to get back to me with some photos of the vehicle I was interested in but they never did, a lot of dealerships these day seem to think the customer needs them. In fact my money spends anywhere. Sorry but you don't get my business.

I was shopping for used Jeeps and had originally gone to Ron Lewis Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to obtain measurements of different cars. Matthew is the salesman who assisted me at that location and was extremely helpful and considerate of my needs. He took me the used car lot at Ron Lewis pre-owned about a mile down the road, showed me the selection in brutal winter conditions, and helped me find the car that was fitting to what I needed. I really appreciated his helpfulness and how he catered to me over the next few days while I made my decision, visited the lot, etc. Great service and a decent price, and I am very satisfied.

I stopped to buy the grand Cherokee SRT for my wife and she talked me into another truck.Not really,I talked her into it and now she drives it more than me which is great.Just all around great service and easy to talk to the sales person and managers and finance.
