I was greeted upon my arrival. While I wasn't in any way intent on purchasing a vehicle - several factors -> doing so that day, one of which is not asked above. They respected my time that day - Previous car purchasing/leasing experience had us tied up at a dealership for the better part of a day or evening - Something I really dislike. This recent expereince was very respectful of my Saturday time.
