I had a terrific experience buying a car from Paul Morando. As my previous car buying. I called Paul and spoke with him about a vehicle I saw online. He listened to what I needed and I felt he genuinely cared about my situation. We discussed the car fax of the car I was interested in and he was more than happy to help me. He stayed after closing time to help me load items into my new purchased and never once acted inconvenience. I highly recommend this dealership and this salesman. I could go on and on about how impressed I am with the quality of service I received. I also was very impressed with Gabe as he thoroughly explained all of the financial paperwork and was very patient when answering my questions. The only hiccup in the whole experience was waiting for finance/paperwork, to their defense it was extremely busy and they were more than helpful and apologetic once we were seen. On 12/30/2013 I leased a 2014 RAM1500 from Ron Lewis in Cranberry Twp this is the fifth vehicle that i have bought from the dealership. This was a no pressure sale, they gave a fair trade in allowance, got me all the incentives they could find and great work as always from Mark Ghobryal and Jobie Glessner especially since the truck i wanted was missing the tow mirrors i needed. I got the best deal humanly possible and drove away happy, although Mark had to stay past closing to help me load all of my stuff in my new truck. I recommend Cranberry Chrysler to every one who is talking about buy a new or used vehicle. Ask for Mark /or Jobie tell them i sent you.

He took the time to look at different Jeeps with me outside in eight degree weather and test drove one. He was very nice the entire time and was as honest as anyone I had ever met. He told me what was good and what was not so good. He personally called my insurance company and made the process of buying a new vehicle a ton easier than I ever thought it would be! I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and Paul Morando was a pleasure to deal with. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and the process.
