I was very impressed with the dealership and Cliff. He went out of his way to help us find the vehicle we wanted/needed. He looked high and low to find us a truck that fit our needs and that we could afford. I am already planning to try to find him when I go to purchase my next vehicle!!

great sales staff

From the minute my wife and I walked in the door Mark Ghobryal was beyond friendly And helpful. Mark also made our shopping experience was great and will buy our next jeep from him.

Most pleasant car buying experience

This was probably the easiest and lowest pressure car buying experience I've ever had. Although the dealership was busy, the sales staff involved in my experience were friendly, informative and answered any questions I had honestly. I took a chance based on reviews and dealer incentives listed online and do not regret doing so. Will definitely recommend to friends/family.

Although the dealership was pretty busy and I ended up being there longer than expected due to the holiday, the experience was still probably the best I've had at buying a car so far. The staff answered any questions I had without hesitation and even answered some questions that other dealerships would not. They were informative and accommodating and I will definitely recommend them to friends/family.

The ignition switch on my new Dodge Dart was broken. I...

The ignition switch on my new Dodge Dart was broken. I called Monday around 8am for service. Advised to have it towed in. She said she may or may not be able to have it fixed that day. I asked about a loaner. She said there were none at the moment but one was due back in and she would call me. Right before the tow truck finally showed up, to my utter amazement, she actually called with a loaner car available. I was shocked! A few months ago I had taken my wife's Jeep in for warranty work and that experience was totally different and made me very apprehensive in wanting to return for service. That was a totally different service person. Kate was extremely courteous and understanding. As it turned out, the tow truck driver played with the ignition switch and got it to work. I did drive the car out, but it was working fine, so Kate and I did not have anyone look at. I would highly recommend Kate!.

Horrible Dealership. Bad Service.

Went into this dealership looking for a used vehicle. Would have purchased from this dealership but I don't appreciate being lied to. Later when I called the GM to talk about an issue I had he rudely pushed my concern aside and the conversation went no further. No going to go into major details but this place is just not worth it.

Fantastic experience, excellent sales people

Had a great experience buying my new car from Cliff Koloski and this dealership.Couldn't have got better service anywhere else.I even referred my brother and he purchased a vehicle shortly after.

I had complained a few weeks ago about an issue. I was contacted by the General Manager, but missed the call. i have spent the last almost week now trying to reach him again. Each time I call I am told he is either out of the building or not working on that day. I have left my name and number and also my email address.

Great,Friendly, Personable Salesman

A friend referred me to a great salesman by the name of Bryan Friese. I was in the market for a small fun car, and Mr. Friese contacted me as soon as a Mitsubishi Evolution was traded to their lot. From our many conversations about various vehicles he was very knowledgeable on what I did and didn't want. He knew this was the car of my dreams. By the end of our call Bryan new how much I wanted the car, he said he could have it ready for me that day. Needless to say I love my car ,it's fun to drive, and I am so thankful that Bryan kept contacting me until we found the perfect fit.
