I purchased a new Jeep Wrangler and I am completely in love.. So very pleased with it. I was extremely pleased with Brandon as our dealer. He made you feel very comfortable and wasn't pushy. I would recommend anyone to him.

My husband & I went into see Steve last week to lease a 2013 Jeep Compass. Steve guided me in finding a new vehicle that would suit my needs within my budget. We had the most amazing experience. Both Steve and Gabe were extremely nice and very helpful. It made the entire process very painless. We took the Jeep on our first road trip this past weekend and we love it. The reason I am giving the very poor price rating, is the initial price on a Jeep Unlimited was very good. It is when I met with finance manager that things changed, he told me I qualified for 3.59% annual finance and I my payment would be $594/month. He then added if I added an extended warranty that it would lower my finance rate to 3.05% and it would in turn add an additional $10/month. The problem is that when I actually calculated the original 3.59% at the original sales price (before the extended warranty) I came up with a monthly payment $577/month. I asked the finance manager about this and he told me my phone app was not correct. Well guess what when I got home a checked with a bank my original numbers were correct. I did sign the finance contract, my mistake but you wouldn’t think you would be given false information in this instance but I did. So I ended over paying by at least $900 on an extended warranty which I calculated to be around $16/month. My advice is to go in to situation with pre determine finance rates on your own and let the finance manager try and beat that rate. I sure hope they enjoy that $16/month!

The experience was a good one due to the salesman. Todd Harrison was very diligent in working with us to get us what we wanted in a vehicle and keeping it within our price range. We revisited the dealership many times to be sure that the Dodge Durango would be satisfactory to us and our needs. Each time Todd greeted us with a smile and a "what can I do to make this a good experience for you" attitude. We recently stopped by the dealership and he instantly greeted us with a smile.

I would highly recommend that you go to this dealership. There was no hassle and it was enjoyable. Nick was friendly and not pushy (which is what every buyer likes). He knew what he was talking about and easily had me into a new vehicle. Chris helped with the financing and made it easy for me to get out of there with the vehicle that I wanted. I will recommend people to this dealership and tell them to see Nick for the sales aspect of it and of course Chris for his financing expertise.

The service that I received was amazing. I would like to thank Nick Vellky and Chris for helping me purchase my brand new Ram. Nick has excellent knowledge of the vehicles and was able to explain all of the accouterments on the vehicle. He had me sold on the vehicle after only 30 mins of being there. Chris was able to help me with the financing process and explained to me all of my options to the furthest extent possible. Searle was also a big help in the negotiating process.Overall I enjoyed my experience and will be purchasing from here again.

Our overall Jeep purchase was a pleasant experience. At no time did we ever feel pressured into making a quick decision. Brandon was friendly and VERY knowledgable about Jeeps, which helped us choose the right one to meet our needs. Brandon even went as far to make sure we were able to get the color of our choice! Any further questions after our purchase have been answered with no problem. The customer service was great. Not only did Brandon provide good customer service, but everyone else we were in contact with provided the same good service.
