I was attended by BRAD YOUNG and he is by far someone who knows what he is doing and meets the professional needs without compromising the human touch. I was able to meet some of the other people in the staff as well and all of them are in complete harmony and contribution with this wonderful buying experience!!

I spent some time with Todd a few months ago, but it wasn't the right time for me to purchase a new car. Last week I found a Wrangler online that I loved, and called to ask questions about it. Most of the negotiating was done over the phone with Jason - who was FANTASTIC, provided excellent customer service, called me back when he said he would AND actually paid attention to what I wanted/needed. [This was quite a difference from the North Hills Jeep dealership I called originally!] When I went into the dealership to see the Jeep it was all over - I had to have it. I got so much help from Jason and Todd that day, and the purchase process was the easiest I've ever been through. Brandon my sales consultant was very helpful in every aspect of the new car buying process, and always pleasant and polite. He worked with me to get a fair trade in value and the exact price I asked for on the new vehicle. Chris was also very helpful and friendly during the finance piece of the transaction. He provided a very competive purchase interest rate and extended warranty. At no time was there any pressure from either gentleman. I highly recommend them both and this dealership.

Kate was so accomodating! This was my first "brand new" car purchase and cars really aren't my thing.....She helped me throughout the whole process! I don't have the time or patience to haggle; I like to get right down to it and they / she worked with me in just that way. It didn't stop at the sale which I'm very appreciative of.
