Just went to the dealear to try get a car and they help me out with the procces. I get there in a ride and got out in my ouwn car. What can be best than that?

I was extremely happy with my service at Pre-Owned Cranberry. I had emailed them originally with my payment requirements and the vehicle I had wanted after searching online. I drove over an hour to the dealership. I was tremendously impressed with Doug Cosgrove, my sales associate. His demeanor, his friendliness, and his overall approach to the process was far and above any other associate I have ever dealt with at another dealer. I had an excellent experience when purchasing my new Jeep Patriot. My salesperson, Mark Ghobryal, was extremely personable, attentive, knowledgeable and got me a great deal. Everyone there was very nice. The lot attendant, did not get his name, was also very sweet and helpful to me, too, and had my new ride shining when I left their parking lot. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone I know, I actually already have. :) I do have to bring the vehicle back for one little repair and, they have already explained how and when I can do that and assured me it would be good as new. First saw the car on the lot, then two weeks later saw it listed online. Price had been reduced, We contacted Steve Kuhn and confirmed the VIN and pricing. Struck the deal and the rest was easy. We arrived Sat. around 1:00 PM, met Steve, checked out the car and closed the sale. It went smooth and no surprises. The staff at Cranberry were friendly, prepared and treated us quite well. And...we just love our Challenger! When we search for another new car in the near future, it will be for a Dodge and we'll give Cranberry Chrysler Dodge first opportunity at making us a customer again.

Dealership went to great lengths to secure vehicle with exact specifications we requested. Price was competitive with what I would have expected at area dealerships though I did not seek pricing elsewhere. Sales Manager was rude/unprofessional, but we were far enough along to not let it impact the deal and offset friendly salesman and other staff. If interested in Chrysler family product in the area, I would not hesitate to recommend Greg Lutz. You will be treated with respect and communication lines will be open and direct which is all you can ask for as a potential buyer.
