We were in the market for a new minivan for several months. I did a lot of research, and narrowed down the choice to Chrysler Town and Country Limited or Toyota Sienna. Cranberry Chrysler happened to have one in stock that met my criteria. J.T. Meyers went out of his way to make the process very comfortable and pressure free. He even requested his team to clean up the minivan I was interested in on his day off. There really was no question when it came time to a decision, and on the day of purchase, JT made sure the vehicle was 100% clean and ready for delivery, even helping to get it ready himself. I was looking to buy a very specific vehicle with specific options and Cranberry Chrysler Jeep Dodge happened to have my vehicle. I initially spoke with Mark Ghobryal over the phone about the vehicle and I immediately felt very comfortable coming out to view the vehicle and continue with the process. Mark was knowledgeable about all of the features of my vehicle and educated me on all of the different components. I never felt rushed or pushed in any way. I decided to try and make a deal because this was the exact car that I wanted. Not only did I get a fair price for the new vehicle, but I got a fair price for my trade in and a great interest rate. There was no haggling, low-balling or sales games at this dealership! I can honestly say that this was the most pleasant experience that I have had at a dealership! I had a great experience buying my new Jeep. I love my Jeep and am so happy I got it! It was an all around pleasant experience buying my Jeep, I would never go anywhere else for a car. My salesman, Mark, was also a big part of my great experience! He was very nice and made the whole experience fun!

Sales staff was great, especially Mr. Mark Ghobryal.Price was prob as good as possible I guess. I think they could have got me a better intrest rate. We just got .9% buying our other car. Overall very good though.
