A wonderful experience our new Jeep

After spending weeks online searching for our new Jeep we decided to go to Cranberry Chrysler Jeep to purchase our new Grand Cheeokee. This was the easiest and friendliest purchase we have had to date. Everything was exactly what you would want when purchasing a new vehicle. Honesty and 1st class is how I would explain Cranberry Chrysler Jeep.

Buyer Beware!

From the very start speaking with this dealership I have got the run around about trying to buy a used car from them I had everything needed to buy a use car.This dealership was not honest.Salesperson would not return my calls but would talk to me by email what is wrong with picking up the phone if he wanted to sell a car. Sale person could not give me the price of the car i wanted to buy I ask the saleperson JT many times to quote me a price still no answer or return of my emails when i asked about the price.I also spoke with the sales manager said he would return my calls which he have not done. Buyer Beware.

After reviewing your concerns with our team we should have asked for pictures of your trade and a more detailed description of your vehicle so we could have given you a more accurate trade evaluation. I have given Cranberry Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Cranberry a 5 Star rating for several reasons. The overall experience was not like any other that I ever had at a car dealership. Not once was I pressured or made to feel I had to buy right then and there with what they had on the lot. The were very persistent with finding me the right vehicle. They sold me not only on my wants but my needs as well. Steve and the general manager, Jobie, worked diligently and professionally to get me what I needed and I left a very satisfied customer. I will be sure to recommend all of my family and friends to Ron Lewis Cranberry Dodge for all their automotive purchases. Thank you Steve and Jobie for treating my wife and I as people and just not another customer.

I recently moved here from the east coast and was looking...

I recently moved here from the east coast and was looking for a shop to work on my Jeep. Cranberry's service was great! I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and they had it done super fast and were very friendly! My car was covered with salt and dirt when I brought it in, and it came back clean and shiny. They even helped explain to me how to get my car registered in PA. I'll be coming back for sure next time I need some work done!

LOOKING FOR A JEEP ?????

IT took them 2weeks to respond to two emails I sent .On a vehicle that I wanted to buy.By the time they responded it was sold!!!!!!!

I appreciate the opportunity to respond to Mr. Wheeler -- When we saw this review today, we immediately went into our tracking system records-- We have record of your initial inquiry which arrived 10/22 at 10:06am and that our first personalized response was sent within 14 minutes. That same day, we attempted to reach Mr. Wheeler via phone, but the phone number provided was invalid. We tried to email you again a few days later (of course we wanted to sell you that Jeep!). No response. After the vehicle was sold at the beginning of November, we tried to contact Mr. Wheeler again two more times to offer alternatives. Is there a possibility that our emails were filtered out as spam in your system? We take customer response very seriously and have a 100% response policy. It's too bad there is no negative rating. This dealership recently performed brake service on my 2010 Town and Country. They failed to properly secure a caliper bolt, putting my family at risk. Thankfully I was driving slowly on a side road when the bolt fell off, although I was stranded with my children 25 miles from home. Stay away from this dealership if you want safe service!

We took our Jeep in for service at Cranberry Chrysler...

We took our Jeep in for service at Cranberry Chrysler advising it wasn't starting up correctly. 300 dollars of unneccessary labor costs and one week after taking the Jeep into Cranberry Chrysler we were stranded at the airport and the Jeep again would not start. Cranberry would not provide any assistance or recommendations for a tow company to get our car back to them so we ended up having to take the car to another dealer only to find that the issue was the starter. The tow truck driver was even able to diagnose the issue immediately.

I am excited to have the opportunity to submit my review of the Cranberry Chrysler Jeep Dodge Dealership!!!!!! This is the fourth car that we have purchased from them and I will NEVER buy a car anywhere else! Every time we have walked into the dealership it was very welcoming and exciting! The staff is very talented and kind. The professionalism and dedication that they display is outstanding and I believe it gives the customer an immediate feeling of trust. Jobi Glessner and his staff worked very hard to find the perfect cars for us. He and his staff truly cared about how satisfied and happy we were and went above and beyond for us. I would also like to compliment Jobi for the excellent job that he has done not only with his staff but with the pristine environment of the dealership! I would recommend the Cranberry Chrysler Jeep Dodge to anyone interested in buying a car. Congratulations to Jobi Glessner for all of his hard work making the dealership the best! The folks at Cranberry Chrysler are friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. I always leave there feeling like my car has been given the red carpet treatment. And I leave there feeling like one of the family. I would and have recommended Cranberry Chrysler Jeep to everyone I know. Thank you!!

Service department has poor customer service and it has...

Service department has poor customer service and it has taken 2 months for them to still not know what is wrong with my vehicle. They just now gave me a loaner vehicle after we asked for 2 months and they still have not agreed to pay for our rental car.
