I have been working with Chris and leasing my Chevy Equinox's for over 10 years. Chris is great to work with from his service, experience and honesty. He always takes care of us and knows what we want and gets it done. We also just recently leased a VW Tiguan for my wife and received the same exceptional service. I will continue to work with Chris as long as I can drive!

Holly was the sales rep I worked with. I had a vehicle built. While I was waiting for it to arrive at the dealership I was able to reach Holly any time of day to ask questions. And she always responded in a timely manner. She was very friendly and straight forward with everything. I would highly recommend buy a vehicle from Holly and the whole Jennings team. All around great experience.

It was a pleasure working with our sales rep Chris Hallenburg.We had a choice between a barely used 2022 Bolt EUV or ordering a new 2023 model. Chris took a lot of time with us and answered all of our questions but never pressured us one way or the other. We opted to sleep on it and make our decision the next day and Chris was still all help and no pressure. We ordered the new 2023 model and thanks to Chevrolet and the Jennings dealership our Bolt arrived in time to take advantage of the full $7,500 tax credit. I know from the online chat boards that many others have had to wait a lot longer. When we picked up our new car, Chris made sure the car was ready to go, answered all of our questions, helped pair the car with my cell phone, set up online services, etc. I'm a happy customer and I'll definitely return to Jennings when it's time for service.

So I called for a appointment on Saturday I dropped my car off at 5 pm on Friday and the guy checked me in was very rude throwing keys at me telling me I had no warranty and I was like I have a warranty I just brought car 2 month ago then I call the guy to check on my car at 12 Saturday the guy said I have no update I said ok and then I called at 3 pm still no update so I decided to call the service manager finally she gave me answers and here I'm still waiting for my car to be done at 5 pm. Never again will I bring my car here and they still never told me what they did to fix the issue

We had a wonderful experience start to finish.
We had a wonderful experience start to finish. Everyone one very friendly and the fact that I was alone the day we bought the car and could not take the vehicle home because of needing my husband's signature, they took me to the point where when my husband was able to be there we were in and out! Our salesman Chris Hallenberg made me feel very comfortable and actually got me the truck we were looking for. Good Job!
