    I was returning to this dealership for my second car in 5 years. I absolutely loved the experience the first time around and was hoping for the same this... second time around. I purchased a murano, and I noticed the second I got home the back door would not open. None of the buttons worked. When I called and my wife called to get it fixed, I was simply told that I was in a hurry with the car purchase and that is why the door does not work. I had no idea that my two hours of time spent there would make it so one of the 4 buttons on the key fob would not work. I would think a brand new car would not have this issue. On top of that, I was the problem and no responsibility taken by Nissan. I guess they have my money now so why bother. And yes, I was in a car accident a week before and did not want to spend hours looking for a car. I chose one in the first 5 minutes and man had I known I was going to be the reason the brand new car did not work, I would still be at the dealership to make sure everything else worked. What a joke. I will never purchase a car from here again.

    I have never been played so bad. Don’t ever take their word for anything. They screwed me bad! They played me bad! Manager gave me their word they... would hold onto a car after I sold my car to a private seller and and secured my loan which took 1 day. I stayed in contact with them numerous times letting them know I would be by to purchase car. I contacted them 1 hour prior to purchasing to have ready. They sent me an email saying it was sent to auction. That is total BS. They did not have the decency to communicate this with me. I have never written a review in my life, but this was by far my worst experience I’ve ever had. They will probably respond to this review and say they did a service check and had issues with transmission. More BS, car was 2017 with 25000 miles and still had warranty to 60000 or 100000. There is so much more to the story, but I don’t want to waste anymore time with these people. They seemed like great guys. Just beware they aren’t who they say they are.

    My wife and I want to express our gratitude for our sales experience at M’Lady. Alex went above and beyond to get Us the right car after my wife had... totaled her 2017 Sentra . We don’t have the best credit, no money down, but Alex helped us along with your team to get us into a Rogue sport without pressure, and very accommodating. I have dealt with other Nissan Dealerships and have never had this kind of smooth experience. I want you to know that because of the people at your dealership including Alex, Brandon in service, and Randy in finance, you have our continued business and service for our Nissans. I hope that you can give Alex much appreciation for going above and beyond to help us out in a rough time.

    Had a very pleasant experience from start to finish during the purchase of my Altima. Russ was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle.     Went in expecting the typical car dealership experience, and got what I paid for. High-pressure sales team frequently ignored me or talked over me to... speak to my husband, even following us to the car making sexist remarks when we went to leave. Watch every pen-stroke with the financing agents, as they attempted to shuffle in options I didn't want and argued with me when I asked for them to be taken out of the contract. I forgot something in the office and had to go back in after the singing and witnessed the financing agent get yelled at by their paint services agent because he didn't force me into the over-priced paint coverage options which "takes money from my mouth". Overall, just a not great experience. If you go in knowing what you want and double (triple) check the paperwork before you sign, you'll be okay - just don't let them sweet talk you into the over-inflated insurance options or financing when you can go somewhere else and get the same thing for a fraction of the cost. Don't bother with any of the add-on features and do your homework before going in (no, you cannot get Sirius XM with some models despite what the agent claims).

    After talking with Tom over the phone giving me a deal on Nissan Pathfinder I made the drive down and I’m so glad I did. When I arrived I met with Tom... who than handed me off to his colleague Jonathan. These two are the best gentleman I have ever worked with when buying a car as they made the entire process go so smoothly.     I had a wonderful experience at M'Lady Nissan. sales representative Johnathan took care of me and my wife really well ,We are 100% happy with his customer... service and he explained us different options. Such a Great care was taken in showing the vehicles and was never forced us. I live in Wheeling so we went through at least 4 nissan dealers near to my house, even though M'Lady dealership is 25 miles away from my house. They gave us great price and great customer service, This is the reason why we end up buying from M'Lady. I would like to mention be aware of false advertisement online from other dealers, We went to few dealers with the online price and they said we are not qualified for that online price. Such a waste of our time with other dealers. But great thing with M'Lady they agreed with us online offer. Everyone there was very nice and answered all our questions . And also special thanks to Bryan Finance director, who helped us financing and sealed the deal without any trouble , overall great attitude. Overall, very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend and No other nissan dealers can beat M'Lady nissan price. They do business in a honest way not like other nissan dealers. So anyone planning to buy nissan please visit M'Lady Nissan , trust me you will save a lot of money. Once again Thank you Johnathan, Bryan,Scott and everyone over there.
