Went to Haasz and was very fortunate to work with Scott Brennan. WOW what a wonderful salesman! Honest, Kind & did everything he could to set my fiancé & I up with the perfect car for wonderful price! You could tell he was there to help us by any means and not worrying about himself or his pocket. Not to mention the Insurance company there was able to drop our $500 full coverage to an outstanding $158!!! 10/10 will be doing more business with them in the future! Thank You So Much!

I've never experienced such wonderful customer service at a car dealership before. Andy and Geno were both fantastic! I had a car in mind that I was in love with but they didn't have that exact vehicle on their lot. They went out of their way to track down said vehicle and kept me up to date on when they were leaving to pick it up, when it arrived at the dealership and when it was cleaned and ready for me to pick up. I've been to other dealerships and thought they were all the same when it came to customer service, I always felt like I couldn't ask questions and that I was wasting their time. But the employees at Haasz Automall in Ravenna showed me a different side of dealership customer service. We laughed, joked and even got the opportunity to see a magic trick by the one and only Geno! Needless to say, I am very happy with my new Jeep Compass Trailhawk and the wonderful customer service I received. Thank you to everyone that helped out with my car purchase!

Andy was in charge of handling our financing and went out of his way to get us out the payment we were comfortable with and into the vehicle we wanted.
