Great experience
We had a great experience this past weekend with Ray Miller at Haasz Automall in Ravenna Ohio . We were looking for a low mileage used Ram truck of a certain design and color. It was so cold and windy that we wanted to spend the least amount of time outside that we could. Ray found several options to our liking and we went right to them without having to be exposed to the weather for too long. Of course he was right there with us the whole time in the cold and wind. We finally settled on a newer truck and Ray and his team went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and professional . We took the truck home that same afternoon. Ray and the financial department were exceptional in making sure that we were satisfied and got the best terms available. Ray even contacted us at home the next day, his day off, to make sure we were. Ask for Ray Miller when you go there. You won’t be disappointed. The poor guy didn't even take time to have lunch.
