Julie was great!

we worked with Julie at Haasz Automall in Ravenna for a long time to get us the deal we needed in the car we wanted. She was incredibly patient and never had an attitude when we?d call back a week later asking for updates and new deals and new info on different cars. She was always willing to help and got back to be quickly. We?d work with Julie again in a heart beat!! Thanks everyone at Haasz!

Excellent Customer Service

I Love this dealership, we are treated like family when we walk through the door. This is the 2nd New vehicle we have bought here in the past year, wouldn’t go any place else.

Excellent service

I have never felt pressured to buy here. Every sales associate is eager to find the best option for me, and they are willing to go the extra mile to cover every possibility. Additionally, the service department is exceptional! I walk out every time feeling accomplished and content!

Good people and good deal

My auto search began with Consumer Reports car buying service. I put the auto I wanted and my information in and a number of dealerships contacted me. I talked with the e sales person at Haasz Bob Baumgarter and he found the one I wanted and gave me a great price. I went to dealership and floor sales person Chuck Frank was quick to greet me and picked up where Bob left off. Chuck was patient and polite and willing to answer my questions in detail. These are really good people who were a pleasure to deal with.

Very helpful to several family members

My ma needed a vehicle a month ago and I needed one recently on short notice. The Haasz team did a great job before the weather turned bad this winter and now both of us are very happy with our purchases. Gino took the time to explain everything to both of so I would highly recommend him and Haasz to other family members and friends.

Another Great Experience !

This is the 2nd time that I have leased a car for myself without the hassles like other dealerships. Andy Huzvar, Geno Gordon, again, went out of their way to find the Chrysler 300S that I wanted within my price range. After working out the deal, we met with Mary in finance who had all the correct paperwork without any hitches. It is a pleasure working with this dealership and will recommend it to all of our friends and relatives.

Will never come back to this dealership

I was excited when I heard from you in a quick response from the internet I was told that I was already pre approved all I had to do was bring in or off of income which I did got to dealership they were quick to greet you the salesman was nice got me a car and test drove it we filled out credit app for a lease and t hey denied it so we went to buy it and we waited for 1 1/2 hrs the salesman came out and said they were having problems sending app to bank after a another 45 min the salesman and finance person said they would call next day he would work on it that day the salesman called me at 730 at night said they were still having problems that he would call the next day and he would talk to the GM well he never called that day or the next day so all they do is promise u to get a car and then they never keep there promise
