One week ago today my husband and I bought our first ever brand new vehicle-a 2017 Dodge Journey. This dealership and salesman was recommended by my dad (retired Chrysler employee) and my uncle who is leasing a van from here. Now you have to understand that my husband and I dreaded going car shopping because of past experiences but really needed to replace the family car. My dad introduced me to Geno Gordon and I instantly liked him. He let us drive the Dodge over the weekend to make sure we really loved it, didn't pressure us and worked hard getting us a great deal. We are in the rebuilding credit stage and he was able to get us in a NEW SUV with no money down using rebates and such. If you are looking for a car/truck/van go to Haasz in Ravenna and ask for Geno Gordon. Best auto buying experience we've EVER had! PS. Geno really put us at ease, has a good sense of humor & and his magic tricks are super cool!

Our car was stolen right out of our driveway and totaled. We were not ready for a car payment as we just bought and moved into our house 2 weeks prior . Mike Lynch helped us our TREMENDOUSLY!! He made sure we got a vehicle with enough room for our growing family that we could afford . He made the entire process smooth and painless. Dante and Andy were absolutely phenomenal. There was an issue with the auto body shop and they both have helped me tremendously. They have made sure to get my complaint and paper work to the correct source and have kept me in the loop of status which doesn't happen often at most places. Now the situation has not come to a result just yet but definitely keep me posted nearly every day of what is going on. That means so much to me.

I found a listing for a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited on CarGurus. It had 96,000 miles on it and there was an accident reported, but I called anyway. We were hours from home and I was getting impatient. When we got there, Geno showed us the Jeep. They had just got it in and they hadn't had a chance to do anything to it or even clean it yet. I test drove it and immediately fell in love with it. They did very well with negotiating and we finally made a deal. They were going to put a new windshield in it, fix the driver's side window (because it wouldn't roll down), clean it out, and give us a 3,000 mile/3 month warrantee. All for $22,000 out the door. We looked at it on a Friday and we were supposed to pick it up the following Monday, but we ended up having to wait until Wednesday because they were waiting on a part. They did everything they said they were going to do, and then some. They put new rotors, brake pads, and 4 new tires on it, and they fixed a leak they found in the power steering, on top of everything else. Geno texted me updates the whole time without me having to ask for them, and even sent me a picture of the Jeep when it was done, then he came in at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday morning on his day off and met us there to make sure everything was in order for us. On top of the excellent service, Geno does mind blowing magic tricks and livens everything up a bit. All in all it was a great experience and I highly recommend the dealership! :)
