Total disappointment!!
I talked to Bob Baumgartner this morning about coming out after work to look at a 2016 Prius. We made an appointment for 5:30. My husband decided to leave work early to ensure we wouldn't be late. When we got there we found out Bob isn't actually a salesperson. Then Ray told us the car was on their "other lot". Their other lot is the body shop. The Prius is in their body shop for a supposed crooked bumper, though they claim it was never in an accident. We weren't even allowed to see the car at all. I can't believe my husband left work early and we drove all the way out there for a car that sounds like it has something wrong with it that they are trying to hide. Won't be going there ever again!
