not to stressful
i have purchased 2 jeep compass in the last week from haasz one in ravenna and one in dalton . . i found it to be less stressful then what i have had in the past when buying cars . was out and in the new jeeps in under 3 hours . staff was helpful , listen to what i was wanting in the jeep, and took the time to go and bring the ones i wanted to look at to me so i dont have to walk all over the lot will go there again first if looking for another car . received better trade in on trade then i have else where

Very pleasantly surprised!
Randy was our salesman at the Dalton location. He was very accommodating and worked very hard to get the deal done. He never lost that appropriate behavior - even when my husband was ready to walk away. We were both very impressed with his professional yet friendly attitude. I would've given the buying process 5 stars, but we did have to wait quite a long time to sign the paperwork that was supposed to be all done. The dealership was very busy that night though - which is a good thing. The sales office was pretty cramped and dirty, but we were still made to feel welcome and offered something to drink while we were waiting.

First online purchase
Our first attempt at buying a car online. We got such a great quote that our local dealer told us we should take it because he couldn't match it, so we drove 2 hours from Pennsylvania to Haasz Automall. Gino was a great sales person who was very easy to work with and even entertained us with magic tricks! He also stayed way beyond closing time to help us learn about our car before we drove back to Pennsylvania. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.They worked hard for the deal without being pushy. We love our new Towne and Country car!
