The gentleman, at the dealership, that handled our financing added extra insurance in the contract and never asked or told us about it. I discovered it when i reviewed the paperwork. $3500.00 worth of insurance.

Ms. Bittner, This was our second time using Lisa Allison as our salesperson. She is personable, professional and always seems to know exactly what we are looking for. We had absolutely no complaints with our salesperson. We feel that the finance person talked about all the great things that Fred Martin was "giving" us but never one time told us that the extension of the warranty would be $3500 or that the tire insurance was $1500. As we sat down in the very beginning, the first words repeated by my husband were that we did not want any EXTRAS, and still we ended up with $5000 of extras that were never completely verbally explained. We realize that we signed all documents and that falls on us, but it was late in the night and the finance guy said he would just show us where to sign. We originally opted for the clear coat and interior protection and my husband said he would pay cash and somehow it ended up on our loan and the cash was added as a down payment. The finance guy never one time told us bottom line price on the vehicle. The loan process in this case ruined our entire experience and we just wonder how many little old people get taken advantage of in this same manner.

The absolute worst dealership ever!

The absolute worst dealership ever!!! They are crooks! You take your car to get serviced and they break more stuff to make you pay more! Not to mention they over charge for parts and labor! If I could give no stars or negative stars I would! Save yourself the headache no one should have to go through the horrible experience I am going through currently!

Khadijah- you have a vehicle that is 6 years old with nearly 75,000 miles on the odometer that you purchased from us two years ago. Yes, your transmission failed and was covered under our FREE Lifetime Limited Powertrain Warranty. You paid only 25% of this repair, and we paid a total of $6,500.00 including additional parts that needed replaced. We did not break your steering gear. The vehicle could not even be driven until the transmission was replaced, and on our final test drive we noticed the power steering gear was failing causing the vehicle to lose power steering. This was not a covered item under the FREE Lifetime Limited Powertrain Warranty, and you had not purchased any extended warranty products that may have covered the item when you took possession of the vehicle. While we understand you are frustrated with the high price of this repair, our free warranty covered the lion's share of the cost. If it were not for free used car warranty you received with the vehicle, your cost would have been exponentially higher. Thank you for your comments.

I was impressed with how simple it was to get this process done. All the legwork was done over the phone so when I walked in we could really get down to business. They did a great job of meeting my trade in demands and offered me excellent coverage options for my new truck

Alex was wonderful to work with in finding our son his

Alex was wonderful to work with in finding our son his first vehicle. We came to Fred Martin for a very different vehicle that ended up not being the best fit. We felt no pressure from Alex rather than honest and helpful guidance in finding the perfect one for him.
