I was trading my leased car in for a 2014 Chrysler 200. My salesman was Tom Schmidtt. I felt in very capable hands with Tom. He was knowledgable and very personable. I felt like I was speaking with someone who's genuine concern was for me getting what I was looking for. There was no pressure to buy which I appreciated. Once I had purchased the vehicle he was very helpful in ensuring I had a good understanding of the workings of the car. I will send my friends and family to Tom and in 3 years I will be back to purchase my next car from him. Too bad more salesmen don't understand that high pressure approach is not what most customers are looking for. Thanks again Tom!

Daylor Neal

I purchased a 2012 Jeep Wrangler from Fred Martin on 3/1/14, Daylor Neal was the salesperson. This was the best car purchase I have ever experienced. Daylor was professional, courteous and delivered the deal exactly as described over the phone. I cannot say enough positive comments about Daylor and the Fred Martin dealership. They have a customer for life.

Wonderful Place!

This is my first real car. I've had a 94 Taurus Station Wagon for years. It did me well until got my job in Cleveland and needed a vehicle that could handle that daily commute. I don't have spectacular credit due to my school loans. However Mike at Fred Martin helped me out wonderfully. My fiancee told him what I needed and he found me a 01 Buick Lasaber. I am so happy with my car its crazy. Not only did he help find a car that fits me but he helped get me set up to finance it with affordable payments! And the cherry on top is I have two rumbustious toddlers that where with us at the dealership and everyone was so nice to them. The place is just so welcoming and understanding. I am so glad I went to Fred Martin.

Great salesmen the best

I just want to say I had the best experience. Ever buying a car the people at Fred martins are Great friendly but what really made the experience above the best was our salesmen Mike Blazedale he was truly kind and caring to my sister and I I have never been treated that special at any car dealership or by any sales person I will only buy my cars from Mike Blazedale and the Fred Martin group truly a great group mike should be sales man of the year thank you Mike for being the best and you are a great guy thank you Fred Martin Kathy Campana

Needing Repair

I have an older Suzi Grand Vita, my brakes just went out while I was at lunch. I called the superstore on Barber Rd to see if they had an available opening this afternoon. I work just 2 miles from that location and that was also where I purchased the vehicle. I was afraid to drive it any further than that. The scheduler said I would have to drive to New Philadelphia or Wickliffe because they don't have any Suzi mechanics on Barber Rd. Maybe she would like to drive it there with no brakes. I get the new letters from Fred Martin, if they discontinued service on Suzi's, they should have noted that in the new letter.

First of all, I am sorry to hear that you had this poor experience and hope that things have gotten better since then. Unfortunately, Since Suzuki USA filed bankruptcy in late 2012, we haven't been an authorized dealer for Suzuki and also aren't set-up to work on any Suzuki vehicles. It's not our intention to make you drive further without brakes as safety is a key concern of ours, but that is our closest location that can perform the service. We apologize for you not receiving the notifications but you were rightfully informed by the scheduler and it's looking like Suzuki will not be coming back to the USA anytime soon so it's unclear when, if ever, we will be able to service Suzuki models again. Sorry for this inconvenience and again, I hope things are now going better for you!

horrible salesman

I purchased a car from here in September had a great experience with salesman Eric briefing. Unfortunately my car was totalled a month later thru no fault of my own. I went back to fred martin tonite to purchase another car and walked out totally frustrated. They mailed a couple I couldn't use off the car I wanted although the coupon doesn't state that. I just thought they would work a little with me consider this is my second car purchase in less than ninety days. But since the salesman was rude I'm gonna pay off the nine hundred dollar balance and go somewhere else. So much for valued customer service

Great Deal and Experience

I just bought a 2012 Escape on November 2, 2013. Ater being practically assaulted by the girls at the store's entrance for information and whatever I was given to Cory the salesman. things improved immediately with the pleasant attitude and instant likeability. He worked with me, after getting his manager's approval, to follow the process that I wanted. My wife came inside after we had an initial deal. We talked with Mike who was a manger. He was a little intense at first until he saw that I was trying to come to a reasonable conclusion that would be to both of our advantage and became also very pleasant. Tom, who was higher up in the management chain came and talked with us while our trade in was being evaluated to see how the process was going and if there was anything he could do. Bottom line - if it weren't for these individuals being professional, knowledgable and personable I would have walked. Cory is a real keeper and you would do yourself a big favor by just asking for him right away and wait for him if you have to. This dealership will be where I first start looking and not the last place like it was this time. I could have saved a lot of aggravation and miles and spared myself from a lot of bad salesmen.
