Front Brake Check

Had my brakes checked after non dealer shop told me I needed front pads and rotors replaced after pads were replaced after less than 8000 miles. All four brakes were fine.

Great customer service

Everyone was fantastic in the service and warranty divisions. The facilities were well-kept, the people made a real effort to make sure I was taken care of. I wish we could have determined where my small oil leak was coming from. They told me to bring it back in about a thousand miles to check it again. I don?t think it?s just going to go away, so I don?t see why I need to go in again. I would have preferred that it had been resolved at the time. Otherwise, I was very happy with my experience.

Always a smooth visit!

Just had my car serviced with the help of Jessie Colon. He’s always easy to reach to get the work done even with last minute requests. This dealership definitely gets the work done on a timely manner! And Jessie always makes sure to always offer their pick up/drop off service so you don’t have to wait at the dealership while they work on it. Another two thumbs up for this visit!

BMW X2 Service Apmt

I used to service my X3 at Valencia BMW from 2005-2010 and during those years had excellent service from Valencia BMW but I sold it now I got me a 2018 X2 and by the first time I went to get it service at Valencia BMW (prior to that I was taking it to KEYS BMW in Van Nuys) upon my appointment arrival service writer Robert took care of me, while waiting for my vehicle they were having free lunch because introduction on new BMW model (M series I believe) and got a nice lunch. Then I visited their finance office to inquiry a purchase of extended service plan and spoke to Eddie and explained the different plans to me and end up purchasing an extended 5 yrs 75K miles plan. Very pleased with Valencia BMW customer service. Looking forward to continue doing business with them, even takes me 45 mins drive from Lancaster.

Valencia BMW is Great

I have been taking my cars there for years. Everyone there is helpful and efficient. They are so great to work with and really do take care of your car. They call when they say they will and have your car ready on time. Every one from th girls in the office, service writers and mechanics are always so great.

Ask for Robert

Having made an appointment, I was dismayed to find out that I would not be able to get the loaner vehicle I had requested to enable getting to a doctor's appointment in town (I live 40 miles mountainous for the dealership). As I was leaving, my regular service rep grabbed me and asked "how is it going?" I tole him and he not only got the service started but me on my way to the rest of my appointments. He kept me appraised by phone of progress and a new problem that was "covered by warranty." Robert is great--he personifies the service I have gotten here during and after the purchase of 3 new BMWs here over 15 years--not the service I have gotten here lately.
