The staff at the service department of Valencia BMW Provided me with the utmost in customer service. The service writer, Vanessa, who assisted me with my last appointment was a perfect balance of professionalism and courtesy. She displayed a genuine willingness to address and resolve my vehicle concerns. She was additionally Very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions in a concise manner and provide me with guidance and options to best maintain my vehicle. Both Vanessa and Bob, who was the service writer who assisted me with my previous appointment were both a pleasure to deal with. Each was able to provide me with outstanding customer service, and insure that my vehicle received the required service in an complete but expeditious manner. Valencia BMW?s outstanding customer service is the reason I will remain a BMW Driver.

MINI at BMW
The MINI dealership where I used to get my service was closed down by Autonation, I don?t know why. Since MINI is a subsidiary of BMW, I hoped they could service my MINI and they did! They were very helpful and attentive to my needs. They didn?t have all the items I needed in stock but they made the effort to get what I needed. Overall I was very happy with my experience. It saved me having to drive to Calabasas or Universal City which would have been awful. The only down side is they don?t do warranty work if I ever get a new MINI. Instead I might look into a certified, previously owned BMW!
