Great experience.

Great experience. Fast and friendly. The dealership is very nice and I appreciated the complimentary water and coffee. My car was serviced very quickly and I appreciated the video of the actual tech explaining the service being done to my car. It was next level.

1 star review for my experience with Valencia BMW! Initially, I was quoted over $8,000 for repairs on my certified vehicle. After questioning this figure, I was informed that it was due to an oversight regarding the certification status of the vehicle and they acknowledged the vehicle was under warranty. Although one issue was addressed, per their recommendation I was subsequently charged over $800 for a fluid change related to another issue that they said would solve the problem. Upon receiving my vehicle, I noticed a door lock that appeared to be damaged, which was not an issue before I brought the car in for service. When I contacted the service department I was told that a video review would be conducted and that it was an easy fix, but it needed to be approved. However, despite several follow-ups, I have yet to receive any feedback on the matter. In fact the representative I was dealing with said she couldn’t get a reply from the service manager and suggested I call him myself. Buck passed! While waiting for a follow up on the lock issue, I realized that what was said to be fixed was, in fact, not addressed adequately and the car still had the same issue that i originally brought it in for. Through my own research, I discovered that the transfer case issue I was experiencing is quite common with my model. Unfortunately, rather than appropriately diagnosing this, the Valencia BMW team opted for a fluid change — a decision that was ultimately costly and unhelpful. After nearly two weeks in their care, I was dismayed to find that only a mile had been driven in my vehicle to diagnose and affirm that the problem was rectified. This leads me to question the thoroughness of the service provided at Valencia BMW. Eventually, I resolved to take my vehicle to the dealership where I originally purchased it. Bob Smith BMW identified the transfer case issue and suggested replacement under warranty — a suggestion the Valencia service department failed to make. They also offered to fix the lock issue that Valencia couldn’t be bothered with that I believe happened under their care. Isn’t this why they take a video inside and out of the car when you drop it off? Despite my attempts to resolve these issues with Valencia service department, including leaving messages with the service manager, Jason, I never received any response. It has now been almost three weeks since my last communication. While I commend Bob Smith BMW for their diligence and effective solutions, I hope that my experience and review of Valencia can prompt improvements in their service protocols

went in with a specific budget and very good credit. I found a car that fit the budget, was very dirty inside and out. They were nice enough to wash the outside. how it should have been given to me, cost me $400 to detail inside and out at the local specialty car wash. all vents of the a/c broken, the turn signal has other buttons on it that don't work (headlight flasher and a BC button that sweeps display but is also used to reset trip miles... none of that works but to turn left or to turn right! this was never disclosed to me. They wanted to sell me an extended warranty that would have raised my monthly to double plus.. guess that's their stick!? I settled for 2yrs of just tire/rim warranty. when sold that warranty I wasn't told there was a deductible of $50 bucks! these guys here are just robots! but here's what I found out through my personal BMW mechanic (he has a friend that works there)... this dealership you take your car in for service, expect it to be done right? It turns out these guys will fool you into thinking it got done while not providing the service. they simply just will reset the service interval. don't do maintenance here and don't buy used here! studio city is much better and more honest place to go to for this. avoid this place all together if possible! my gf bought her BMW from study city and got great service and a great deal too! I can't believe I sat for 3hrs+ for a simple under warranty tire change, 1 tire!! this place is horrible!

Purchased the car from out of state because I wanted a very specific configuration and it was a terrible experience. Very little transparency on 1) the transaction, 2) the timing of delivery, and 3) and worst of all, on the registration process. Was told AFTER the car had been shipped that it had no drive out tag so I would need to wait “weeks to a month” to drive it since they mandated that I use their DMV service. xxx? I really wish I had not purchased this car. Run far away from this dealership and believe nothing they tell you. I buy lots of cars and this was the worst experience ever.

Valencia BMW went above and beyond to repair my car even

Valencia BMW went above and beyond to repair my car even though the warranty company denied the appeal. I cannot thank them enough at Valencia BMW. They also provided a loaner vehicle for 3 weeks while this was being done. Thank you!

Car was delivered to my house, no hassle, no haggling,

Car was delivered to my house, no hassle, no haggling, just new car without the hassle, got done with my massage and wala, car was in my driveway. Anthony Spann delivered my car, he was super professional and handled all the paperwork, like a pro, even though he is a young man. After that he showed me how to work my car and never even had to leave my driveway. Thanks Anthony, you alone made this GREAT!!!
