Really appreciate Wendy who helped me through the buying process for my i4. She helped from initial contact, the buying process, and even a follow-up to make sure things are good. I dinged one star for the buying process because it took a while to get financed and contract signed but that wasn't her fault. It was just that there were a number of others that needed help at the same time. The buying experience there was good.

I had been looking for a Honda Pilot on Cars.com for a few weeks. I found what I wanted at Valencia BMW. When we arrived we were greeted and welcomed by John. John was extremely helpful offered us a test drive right away. The purchasing process was great, when we got into the finance office James was extremely helpful and made the process easy. Have been going to Valencia BMW for years now and never had a bad experience. They really treat you like family. Robert Grass hands down amazing. Ended up trading in my 2022 BMW to get the 2025. Quick and easy. No issues ever. This is why I continue going to them and not other dealerships. Finance manager is the best. Did not try to over sell me. Was able to give me exactly what I wanted at a great price. All in all I'm happy with them and will continue purchasing from them.
