The best service and facilities that I have experienced in over 50 years of doing business with various car dealerships.

From the start of the purchase of my car, it seems that there was no really interest to help me. There were constants delays offer I provided the funds and any documentation required. Emails were not answered, sales person never knew what was going on with the car. It took weeks to get the car transported and to date i do not have the bill of sale nor the title so I can register the car. The car was advertised with front floor mats and the car arrived without the mats. The car was stained with grease on the dashboard and it was obvious that it hadn’t been cleaned as advised.

Burned by yet another AutoNation owned dealer. This has now happened twice, once in Texas and now again here at BMW Valencia, both times with the same result. The dealership started off great and the sales rep was helpful, but once again I was misled. I was told the 2022 BMW I was interested in had no modifications. Based on that assurance, I paid for a pre-purchase inspection. The mechanic found aftermarket exhaust work that would void the warranty and an active fault code related to the front grill. None of this was disclosed up front, just like the last AutoNation store that pulled the same move. When I raised the issues, the sales manager David Erickson simply said the car was being sold as is. Had I not hired an inspector, I would have been stuck with a car that looked great on paper but could have been denied warranty coverage because of hidden modifications. Not to mention the potential emissions issues I could have faced out of state. Be very cautious with the AutoNation brand. This kind of behavior is not just a one off. It's a pattern.
