Thieving garbage dealership
Girlfriend bought a jeep from here. She left it there for service. They dropped it off to her at work, and she had VALUABLES MISSING FROM HER CAR. Don't go here people, they'll just steal your stuff. Classy. 0/5 stars

Horrible!!!!
Found a 2015 328xi, and reached out to their sales team. Bryce from their team contacted me, and I gave him a number I'd like to pay for the cr. He took a day, got back to me, and said he could not meet my number but if I took a loan from them, he would reduce $500 (IF I CLOSED THE DEAL NEXT DAY). I asked him how much he would give me for my trade, and told him I would come into the dealership (which is 100 miles away from where i live) if he had time to meet. No reply! Sent him an email NO REPLY. Called him and left him a VM...no REPLY! Looks like they feel they are doing me a favor by selling a car! I definitely will not be buying form them!

Well I bought the car.
The men’s bathroom was set up kinda weird. Rachael Lebel was really nice. When it came to the actual purchase, they try to push all kinds of extra products on you. I was able to afford the BMW but all this extra “coverage” was expensive and most likely unnecessary. With the cost you could buy another car! Luckily they had a car I wanted. And that’s all I wanted.

Stay Away
If I could I would give them zero stars. What a horrible dealership. I have never had an experience such as this. Take your business elsewhere. Here is my story. On November 13th, 2018 my wife and I stopped by this dealership because they had the best price on a BMW X5 on their website and on few other websites. We walked into the dealership and were greeted by salesman Ryan Leite. We sat down with Ryan and explained to him the X5 we were interested in. He told us that it was a loaner car and the car was out that day. He suggested we test drive a similar X5 to see if we like the car. After the test drive my wife and I were convinced that we wanted to move forward with the purchase. Ryan sat us down in his office to fill out some paperwork. While we were filling out the paperwork Ryan explained that the price listed on the website was wrong. The actual price was about $4,000 higher. We did not flinch. We still wanted to move forward with the sale. Ryan explained that the X5 we wanted would be back the next morning. After spending four hours at the dealership Ryan and I agreed that we would touch base in the morning around 10am to see if the car was at the dealership. At 10am the next day I called Ryan to inform him that I would be at the dealership in 30 minutes. Ryan stated that the X5 was at the dealership and that the earliest he could meet me was at noon because he had an appointment at 11am. We agreed to meet at noon. At noon my wife and I walked into the dealership. We were greeted by Ryan inside the dealership. While we were speaking with Ryan, his manager (forgot his name) was only six feet away sitting at his desk. Ryan even told his manager that I was here for the X5. Ryan told us to sit in the waiting area until his test drive with a client was over. We waited in the waiting area on the second floor for a little over 30 minutes. After his test drive was over, Ryan escorted us to his office. Once again we filled out more paperwork. About 15 minutes into the conversation, Ryan excused himself and went to his manager's desk. They spoke in private for about 10 more minutes. After his conversation with his manager he came back to his desk and started to do something on his computer. While staring at the computer screen, he tells us that the X5 that we spent all this time talking about and waiting for was sold last night. Ryan then suggests to us that he would help find another car. During this time at no point did he make any eye contact. I got up from my chair and got angry. At this point his manager comes out and tells me to "calm down". This is what he had to say to me for wasting all my time to "calm down". My interaction with this guy was very brief. During the interaction my wife and I felt like we were being talked down to. I am very reluctant to label anyone a racist with little interaction but if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck it must be duck. I asked him why the car was still listed on his website and other websites for sale. He had no answer. We got into our car and drove to BMW of Shrewsbury. With in 30 minutes I was in and out of the Shrewsbury dealership with the X5 (the same model and for the same price). Do you self a favor and avoid the BMW of West Springfield and go anywhere but here.

This dealership is an embarrassment to BMW. Their customer service is terrible. They are extremely racist and they greeted me and other white customers and completely overlooked other customers of different ethnicities. I was totally disgusted with this place. They are condescending and talk down to people and I witnessed numerous disagreements taking place over the phone while I was at the dealership. Car buying should be a pleasant experience. This was miserable. I shouldn’t have moved forward with purchasing from here but the price was right. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Bryce=LIAR
Bryce just tells lies on top of his lies. Said he ordered key fob for car I just purchased.Had me running around to pick up key fob. Never ordered it, gave me a fob from a car in lot (pretending it was one he ordered). Spent 3 hours trying to figure out what was wrong with "new" fob. Insisted it should work. What a total zero character individual!! Only bright spot in dealership is Pete...who fixed everything when Bryce was on vacation!

DO YOU LIKE TO BE LIED TOO, BAIT AND SWITCHED AND
IN MY OPINION,THIS DEALERSHIP IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY 35 YEARS OF PURCHASING VEHICLES. I WAS LIED TOO BY THE SALESMAN, THREATENED BY MANAGEMENT, AND ENDED UP BEING BAIT AND SWITCHED.

poor service
Since my friend bought his car from this dealership and he recommended me to go there when I wanted to buy a BMW , I decided to go there. There was no one greeting me at the showroom, when I went to the counter and asked for help, the employee seemed disinterested and get one of the sales rep to talk to me. The sales rep, Justin, also seemed disinterested making any deals as he was just sitting at the passenger seat and did not voluntarily tell me any special features of the cat during the test drive. There was also no hospitality, as he did not offer extra seats or beverages for us during the inquiry. The condescending attitude truly disgusts me and I decided to go elsewhere for a BMW.

WORST customer service ever
Drove 100 miles to test drive a 750li. I really liked the car so I wanted to make a deal. I asked the dealer to give me a trade in value for my car. When I traded cars in the past, usually the dealer takes my keys and takes a closer look at the condition and options. Not this time. They didn't even look at my car. No wonder the value came in so low. When I disagreed with their evaluation I was told "You do this once every three years, I do it everyday I know what I'm talking about". The overall experience was very poor. I honestly felt like the manager was talking down to me. Its clear that customer service is not very important to him. He was also very kind to explain to my simple mind that they are a "for profit business", which is a very interesting sales approach to say the least.Lastly, You would think that after driving 100 miles to take a look at a 50k car, the sales person would at least offer you some water or coffee. Unfortunately, even that did not happen
