I have one of the worst experiences of my life with these people, I bought from them a honda accord 2021 platinum White with a beige interior, I took... the car to a routine check out, while the car was inside the repair garage one of the employees was driving a car and hit my car on the left door, the experience I have after that was very bad, first the service manager was super rude and was acting like it was nothing that one of the employees just hit one of the doors on my 3 month old car, after arguing with the guy they gave me a courtesy car, my car took a month to get fix and when they finally call me to get my car it was all dirty inside, my beige seats has black grease spots , the outside of the car because was seating for a month inside the shop has smoke on the paint, can you believe you buying a new car from these people, they messed up the car and when they give you car back it look like a old car. They even took the car to the detail center which they own to get the car in the same condition it was before. I thinking talking with my lawyer because of the lack of respect towards a costumer and the lack of professionalism. I am very disappointed.
We had a wonderful experience buying our new honda CR-V 2019 EX at Balise Honda at West Springfield. As with any car buying process, we were skeptical... when we visited Balise Honda. However, we met Mr. Miguel Humprey, a friendly salesperson, who was knowledgeable and helpful in meeting our needs. Mr. Miguel was able to get us a very good deal and when we didn’t like the colors available in stock, he worked hard with his manager to find a color that was better suited our family needs. Balise Honda made arrangements to get us a car of our choice from their location in Rhode Island at no extra cost to us. The car came within two business days, as promised, and we were constantly updated with any developments by Mr. Miguel. When the car arrived from RI, they worked on interior and exterior detailing process while we finished the paperwork. It took few few hours and we were able to drive home our car that same evening. Mr. Miguel was very thorough in explaining all the features and technology in the car including pairing device, climate control, audio control, door lock settings etc. We did spotted a small scratch mark in the front and Mr. Miguel made arrangement to get that buffed by their staff in services department. Overall, we were very pleased with the whole process and especially the friendly salesperson like Mr. Miguel, he really went above and beyond to help us get the car that we desired.
Juan was patient, friendly and extremely helpful throughout this process. He followed up regularly, and got me a great deal! This was an exceptional experience!

I had an amazing experience at Balise Honda in West Springfield last week, as I always do. I was there to have an oil change done but decided to get some... pricing on the Honda Pilot as I knew we would be shopping for a new car soon. I met with Juan, the sales associate. He was great to work with. Polite, friendly, and informative. He went through all of the different features that each Pilot style has to offer and took the time to answer my questions. I had a great experience working with him and would highly recommend him! The sales manager Derek Metras was also great. I have met with him a few other times when buying a car when he was a sales associate and he is always great!
My sister purchased a car on 12/03/2020 and noticed all types of noises. The salesman Miguel told her that any problems will get fixed, so she agreed to... purchase. She originally came to check out a cheaper car that was advertised online but they told her she couldn’t buy it because the engine is “messed up”. Why is a car with a messed up engine online for sale for $6k??? My sister has taken her car to Bertera Subaru across the street for a diagnostic which cost $156. Bertera told her that her car isn’t safe to drive and they don’t know how Balise managed to pass inspection , also has to pay over one thousand dollars in repairs. All Balise can say is “It’s not a brand new car” and they’ve admitted to breaking car pieces . They find any reason to pass the blame onto YOU! Mind you my sister didn’t even have the car 30 days and brought it back 3x. Also when she goes in they act all annoyed and act as if you are disturbing them. They also said she needs to PAY for a diagnostic fee to Subaru because they don’t know what’s wrong with the car. Unfortunately this is her first time financing a car and Balise has made this experience xxxx for her. She is a single mother with kids with severe asthma and needs a SAFE and reliable vehicle. Oh and every time she leaves her vehicle with them they add about 150 miles to the car (so the warranty can expire FASTER) , probably taking joy rides .Pretty much she was conned and Balise should be ashamed of themselves. The sales folk and everyone are friendly until you sign the paper work and then they show their true colors. Please stay away!
I bring my car in for 3 o-rings to be replaced in the Vtec solenoid on my 2002 VERY VERY good condition S-2000. I go pick the car up,bill comes to 167.00.Fantastic....I... go out,get in the car.....drive it off the lot and LESS....LESS.....LESS than 2 MILES,my car basically...imploded........ My neighbor and I push the car to my house.....yes. ..I live a mile from the dealership and ended up pushing a whole block.... So I'm on the phone(6:00am parts answers) and I tell the women the situation and that when she saw the service writer (ZAC),ti have him or the general manager call me ASAP. Well,that turned out to be around 11ish. I proceed to tell the general manager the situation.He says,well bring it back in so they can take a lot at it... Me.... ?.....bring it back in.....? Two things..they xxxxed the car up,come get it on YOUR TIME AND DIME and secondly... not to sure I can trust you service technicians.Very simple job,and my engine is now junk.. Now let's talk about that service department..... The head mechanic has his own personal hot rod project on the very next lift to him.And it's been there for at least 1/2 year.Whos to say where his real interest is.....? Not to mention that when asked what size bolt/nut was on the front of the block......NO ONE.....NO ONE(parts or the head mechanic) could tell me. With all that being said,anybody that buys a Honda product(overall) cant go wrong.Ive owned 7 Honda goldwing motorcycles and a half dozen Honda cars with virtually no problems. What I am saying is. .RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS DEALERSHIP if you are going in for repairs.
