Great group of people working inside the dealership. My salesman worked hard to get me in the truck I wanted. The gentleman who put together the information for GM financial are hard working and understand that time is money.. The dealership as a whole is excellent ! GM financial services are absolutely terrible, they have no understanding that the very people who keep them from going bankrupt are the people who are buying the vehicles... Sadly. I spent @45k on a truck and was asked back and forth to provide information that was provided 3xs over. If it wasn't for Walter & Carlos, and 1 other from the dealership, I would have walked away. Thanks guys

I am a repeat buyer for a new 2017 Camaro. (previously bought 2015 Camaro) I had an appointment with John Lane whom I've known for a number of years He remembered me from my 2015 and knew what I was looking for. John explained the package and set me up with Caleb Rivera who brought the car out for me to test drive. I found him very knowledgeable about the car and not pushy for a higher price deal. As soon as I arrived I was welcomed in by Paul Smith who was quickly was able to point me in the right direction for the exact vehicle I was looking for. I was test driving and having my car appraised for trade in within a matter of minutes. Once deciding on a vehicle and discussing pricing Paul was professional and helped me get a great price and the same day we were able to complete the sale. After leaving Prime Toyota angry...we spent a full 4 hours and got no where. Mostly because the salesperson did not listen to anything we asked and tried selling us on things we did not want, the last thing I wanted was to go to any other car dealership. My husband convinced me that we would be treated well at Colonial West, he had purchased two cars there previously. He right , we were met by a team of professionals, one in particular was our salesman Terry Locher. He has earned the name of Go to Guy because he is pleasant, professional and educated in his field. We decided on leasing, allowing us to really get the truck of my dreams. We are now happily driving a 2017 Chevy Silverado Double Cab...and its got all the bells and whistles... On the day we were to pick up the truck the weather was awful, Terry offered to deliver it to us at our home and take the trade back with him. Who does that?? Paul was very helpful in helping me pick out my silverado. He had all the facts and really knew what he was talking about when it came to the vehicles he was selling. I was beyond pleased with his service and will not hesitate to go to Paul for my next vehicle purchase.

I bought a 2003 Hummer H2 from Terry at Colonial West Chevrolet. The Hummer is special because it only has 14,700 miles on it. I am in California, and I found his Internet advertising to be very helpful, with about 31 photos of the Hummer vehicle. Terry got all of my questions answered, and quickly sent me the title and documents for me to sign. Terry watched as the Transport Truck loaded it to ship it in a Enclosed Carrier Container on a railroad car to California. I will get it in a few days.
