Outstanding Customer Service

The sales person I had was Stan Otoo-Genesis and he was outstanding. I visited this dealership back in June/July 2019 and my credit wasn't that great, I was encouraged to come back in January and they would try to help me then. I had gone through some payment issues in the past with Hyundai due to surgery and missed several payments. I finally got back on track and Stan was able to help me this year.

My new 2013 Toyota red RAV4 Limited! :-D

January 3, 2017 - I stopped in the other day, to look at the 2013 red RAV4 Limited, I took it for a test drive, and loved it. But I wasn't sure about being able to make the payments, so I didn't get it that day. However, I went back on January 2, because I realized that, yes, I'd be able to do it. And Crystal and Zeke, helped me get to the monthly payments that's do-able for me. Both Crystal and Zeke, were very nice to me. Natasha came into the picture when I found this RAV4 while searching for them on the Internet. I emailed, inquiring about this particular RAV4 and she responded to me. She was also, very nice! I want to thank all 3 of them (Crystal Floyd, Zeke Idiabonja, and Natasha Pellot), for making my car buying experience, a very pleasant experience! If ever I need a new car, which won't be for a long, long while, I'm going back to Herb Chambers Hyundai of Auburn! :-)

...When Above and Beyond with no pressures

My 25 year old daughter needed a new/used car. Her current one was a money pit with 4 months of payments still on it. I did all kinds of research comparing all of the specs of each compact cars. The Hyundai Accent clearly was the best option in all features and warranty. Where to buy one? I contacted Keke, the Sales Manager at Herb Chambers Hyundai of Auburn. He was able to not only deliver the car we were looking for, but at a price within the tight budget my daughter could afford. In addition, her old loan was simply rolled into her new car payment. She is a very proud owner of a brand new 2016 Accent Hatchback and is so happy to have the weight of all those old car problems gone. Seriously, bring your car problems to Herb Chambers Hyundia of Auburn. They will make your car problems go away at a budgeted price you really can afford.

2017 Santa Fe

Our experience went as expected. This was our 6th Hyundai purchased at Hyundai of Auburn. We have worked with Stan in the sales department for most of our vehicles and he has done a fantastic job of meeting our needs and delivered just what we asked for. Good experience every time.
