Gill was awesome. He was very patient and worked with me and got me in the car I ultimately wanted. He was not pushy and was very professional. I couldn't be happier this time around. I purchased 2 cars previously and said I would never buy another from herb chambers Hyundai auburn but I went in there for a service and notice all new people and a great attitude. Drove away with a car love
Stan and Meagan in sales seemed to exhaust every possibility of getting me the best deal they could. I was disappointed in my trade-in deal, but I had an unusual situation in that my car needed extensive repair. Both Stan and Meagan answered every question patiently and thoroughly. I needed time to make my decision but I was not pressured at all. Jean in finance explained things thoroughly and was able to lower my interest rate. I'm very happy with the improved safety features of the 2016 Accent and feel as if I have a car I can trust.

Loved the Experience, Lovely People!
I gave 5 stars because Meagan tried her hardest for me, I told her what i was looking for and about what I could spend and she worked with me to help me in every way possible! It was awesome knowing that she put forth as much effort as she to help me. She kept running around talking to the finance department working her magic! For once I didn't feel like I was pushed into anything I couldn't handle! I would 10/10 would recommend this dealership! Everyone had smiles on their face and was beyond helpful. Such a professional place!

First time buyer
The team was very helpful even after I showed up a half hour late (traffic). They worked with my credit and were very friendly throughout the entire experience. When it was closing time, they did not rush the transaction. They stayed with me an hour after closing going over any questions I may have had

It TAKES an Army!
I am a very friendly and outgoing dude, I make connections everywhere I go. And let's just say Herb Chambers is now a place a may even like to just visit now. From top down the service was great. It's always nice to see someone in a high position smile and engage with customers like Rusty. To be honest i think Adam and I became bestfriends. Jean is the man, alot of wisdom to offer. Let's just say Gil is like Kobe, he knows how to close out the 4th quarter. Im thankful for Ryan who guided me to a car at first I didn't want, and pointed out reasons to fall in love with it.
