Very happy with my purchase

I had a very good experience working with Andrew on my Santa Fe purchase. He was able to deliver exactly what I was looking for., making everything happen very stress free. Overall an amazing job.

Flawless sales in a crisis

Paul was amazing from start to finish. I work all over the state, and when I found a MASSIVE oil leak in my Audi with an estimated repair cost of $3500, I decided to visit Herb Chambers after hearing many great reviews. Paul had me in the vehicle I needed to be, financed, and back on the road that day. AMAZING customer service and a class act.

Returning customer

Crystal Floyd was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She took the time (and one long test ride) for me to decide on my new car. The entire staff was helpful and friendly and I did not feel pressured to make a decision until I was ready. I live much closer to four other Hyundai dealerships and chose to go to HC again after having a pleasant car buying experience the first time. Natasha Pellot also deserves credit for working the internet for me and coaxing me back into a car buying mode. A week later I had to return for my registration and swap some tires with my trade in I was helped by a couple of unnamed guys that stepped up and saved me a lot of hassle and time after I had bought my car. I have had plenty of after I bought a car, we could care less who you are now experiences (and haven't returned to those dealerships) so I wish I had their names (one had an over the top Boston accent) and the other was a mechanic who swapped tires and helped me load them. It was Saturday and everyone was busy so I appreciate regard for my time. This is what brings me back so Thank You to everyone.

Great price

I was able to quickly arrive at an agreeable price. Every aspect was a good experience. We were looking for a hatchback and there was not one on the lot, so people worked hard to obtain a car from another dealer and transport it to herb chambers.

Hyundai comes up in the world

When Hyundai first appeared on the American scene, Consumers Union could hardly contain itself in condemning the product. But over the years, Hyundai appears to have ascended dramatically to establish its product/s as top of the line. I look forward to a happy three-year lease.

Phenomenal Experience

I was driving a 16 year old Camry with low miles that likely could've lasted a few more years, at least, but was starting to look a bit ugly. I came to Hyundai in Auburn after talking to Ryan M. I was immediately greeted by another sales associate. Ryan identified my needs, gave me the freedom to look at the available models, and we discussed my price range. We settled upon the Hyundai Elantra. When I came back to the dealership, he intuitively had the exact model and color I'd wanted pulled to the front for a test drive. Although I'd initially intended to lease the car, we decided that financing was the best option for our family. He didn't try to push any unnecessary options. We had the glasscoating done, and we added a spectacular remote start. He delivered the car to me when it was ready. The finance manager was great, too. Overall, I'd absolutely return to this dealership, and I'd recommend Ryan and Hyundai to my friends and family. Two thumbs up!

Great Experience

Jeff A. was my salesperson and this is the second Hyundai I have purchased it was a good experience, he's friendly and answered all my questions and went over the car features well so I knew my car, anything that's come up or questions I have had he along with all the staff at Hyundai of Auburn have been very helpful and friendly. He's also checked in with me twice since I've purchased the car which was very considerate.
