I was pleased with Paul Webber's knowledge of the vehicle and the aspects of purchasing same. He worked seamlessly with the co-workers and was straightforward in his responses to my inquiries. Overall, he was so helpful that I cancelled my other plans to visit other manufacturer's and dealers.

Great service in Auburn

We were going through credit restoration and were hesitant to approach any dealers for fear of rejection. Jeff Allen and the crew at Herb Chambers Hyundai of Auburn were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and explained the entire process. Once we made the choice to go ahead, they went to bat for us and found a car in our budget and to our specs, a lender and terms we could live with. They also took care of registration, plates, and inspection, all we had to do was get insurance and we just emailed the proof. Once the plates and paperwork was done, the car was driven to me at work. This was our first car purchase and everyone involved made it as smooth and enjoyable as possible. I definitely intend to make future purchases with Herb Chambers. Thank you for all you have done.

Fantastic servic.

Let me start by saying that this could possibly be the best car buying experience I've ever had. Im a salesman myself so the idea I had when I walked in was push salesman and an over eagerness to sell,sell,see. I was interested in buying a newer car for a while, and have been shot down by most other dealers. I was driving an older vehicle that I wouldn't put my daughter in. I received a letter from Hyundai stating I was approved for a new car. I walked in on a Tuesday with low expectations and left Thursday with a 2015 Elantra. Meagan was super knowledgeable and friendly. Wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a car. The staff mixed with there great products and services is a recipe for a great auto buy experience. I bought a hyundai Tuscon

this is seventh hyundai I have bought from auburn hyundai..dating back to 1993 last Santa Fe hadnh170000 mi when i traded am very happy w/tuscon that i bought have alwayshad great service at auburn they have helped keep my hyundais in great running condition..sales persons were always very helpful in getting the most out of my cars

My Hyundai Experience

My salesman, Marty Reardon whom has sold me 4 out of my 6 vehicles that I have bought at this dealership is the best. He always goes above and beyond for me. He is the best. He makes sure I know everything i need to know or want to know about my new car. He also goes above and beyond to get me what I want in a car.

Tuscan lease.

Very cooperative sales staff and accommodating manager. I got the right car, at the right price and acceptable terms on an 2016 Tuscan lease. My third purchase with Herb Chambers. Very happy.

Our third Hyundai purchase since 2002!

This is my wife and I third purchase since 2002 with Marty Reardon. My wife purchased a new 2002 Santa Fe. Then my wife purchased a new 2013 Tucson. And I just purchased a new 2016 Sonata. Also, my daughter recently purchased a new 2016 Tucson. All through Marty Reardon...would not go through anyone but Marty!!
