I was questioned in length about the price I was quoted

I was questioned in length about the price I was quoted for my tires even though I placed the order on the website! I was not happy that he kept questioning the price ! I had the email as proof! Then he asked if I had called about a loaner - again ordered on the website !

We used to use a dealership closer to us in the city.

We used to use a dealership closer to us in the city. We started with Herb Chambers a couple years ago since we moved to another different part of worcester. Vehicle and Maintenance, they needed to keep it overnight. They picked us up today at our house and brought us back to the dealership at no charge. They fixed something for free that we had broken by accident. And they even took about 5% off the total bill as well as giving us all the deals they had! Thank you, Jeff for being so awesome!

I called about 2 months ago, and was given an appointment

I called about 2 months ago, and was given an appointment for Nov 1. I delivered the car about 4:00 pm on Tuesday, Oct 31, and filled out a simple form with identifying information. I waited all day Wed, Nov 1, and heard nothing. Wanting the car back, I called about 5:00 pm, and was told the person assigned the car had gone home, and no one knew any status. I was told I could speak with the person the next morning, Nov 2. I was told I could pick up the car, so we drove over, arriving about 5:15 pm on Nov 1. I was given the key fob, and took the car. I called on Nov 2 and spoke with the correct associate. He told me they had not done the required testing, despite having the car all day Wednesday, and that I would have to bring the car back for the necessary testing. I am still pondering if I will even bother. I am also searching for the next closest Hyundai dealer. Needless to say, I was not impressed. I do not remember the person's name.

Thanks, Rusty. I originally called for an appointment because I (still) need and estimate for fixing the engine. The person whom called me on Nov 2 said there were "tests" which needed to be done to confirm the problem - like just listening to it rattle isn't enough. He also said "just bring it by." Anyway, I need to know how long these "tests" are likely to take, so I can work out when I can "bring it by." Three adults share this car, so it gets used every day. Mike McLeod (Mikey)

Everything was fine.

Everything was fine.. she was courteous. And the oil cans he was done in a reasonable length of time. Th only thing the mechanic did not do was replace the sticker on the windshield. The old sticker wax still there.
