Cars are great.

Cars are great. I have bought 3 vehicles from this dealership. Service lead time the last few years is horrendous. We just purchased a new car, wanted a Hyundai but couldn't buy here because appointments for service are 6 weeks out. As the old adage says "the first car is sold in the showroom, all the rest are sold in the service department." So true! Before you buy a car here, try making a service appointment and see how far out it is...buyer warned!

Alex was great.

Alex was great. We purchased this vehicle in March. The engine needed to be replaced. The dealer (McGovern) didn't tell us Hyundai has been been have engine issue. Nor did they tell us Hyundai had extended the engine warranty, due to that issue. We were told immediately by the people at Herb Chambers about the warranty. They took care everything. Not a penny out of pocket for us. We are very happy with the service.

Prompt service.

Prompt service. Upon arrival, the tech listened to other minor concerns. They produced answers while I waited for my oil change. They Now use synthetic oil which now will increase my mileage between changes.. I was in and out unless then an hour.

Had 35 K service and oil change.

Had 35 K service and oil change. Was supposed to get anti theft update but could not due to remote start. Hyundai is ditto be working on fix
