Absolute WORST EXPERIENCE buying a car from this
Absolute WORST EXPERIENCE buying a car from this dealership. I had to make all the calls for updates on when I could pick up the car. Signing the contract was very unprofessional. The original purchase price didn't match what was on the bank form. It took 3 men to try & explain how they started with that figure. The 3rd guy told me to walk out and not make the purchase even though he made a mistake trying to calculate the numbers himself. It took a 4th man all of three minutes to explain where the price originated from. Then I was expected to drive the salesman back to the dealership with my new car because he didn't have a ride. When I asked if they would be filling the gas tank when we arrived at the dealership, suddenly he found another car to come get me to pick up the car. When I inspected the car before I left, the cleaner left steel wool on top of the trunk( luckily didn't scratch the paint), forgot to remove packing material from inside(which wasn't a big deal), but when I got home, I noticed that he also left a razor blade on the rear seat! Thankfully, I found it before my kids or dog sat on it or that it didn't slice my new Upholstery. I would never wish this experience on anyone!!

Very great car buying experience.
Very great car buying experience. My salesman, Paul was very helpful and informative. After selecting and purchasing a car, things were not going quite as expected so I called back and they found me a different car that suited my needs even more! I would highly recommend this dealership if you are in need of a brand new or used car!

Have been treated well by Jimmy, I had problems with last...
Have been treated well by Jimmy, I had problems with last manager, when car was done it sat there he did not call or deliver my car it was a month before it was found. Jimmy has taken care of me given me a rental and kept me going ., on the other side I am not happy with this vehicle 2 catalytic converters and an engine and I am not sure what was repaired this time all thank goodness under warranty, but not confident driving this vehicle not knowing what will come next. I am a senior I drive my grandson to school and pick up 132 miles a day and he is autistic. I always buy my cars from Herb Chambers because his dealership is reputable
