Timothy was awesome to work with! Very informative with out being pushy. My lack of 5 stars came from the finance associate. He really pushed for us to add all kinds of extras. After stating my firm no thank you things were smooth sailing. I would highly recommend this dealership!

The level of customer service at Herb Chambers Hyundai surpassed any other dealership experience I have had in the past. Paul and his management team did everything they could to help me get the car I wanted at the price that worked best for me. I took my Santa Fe in on Thursday 12/30/21 for an oil...

I took my Santa Fe in on Thursday 12/30/21 for an oil leak spoke with Matt Duszak. He said to drop it off Monday, use the night drop, he would have it looked at Monday or Tuesday. He hadn’t call or returned a call so I went in on Thursday only to find out Matt left on Friday and had made unreal promises. I spoke with Jimmy (James Eisner) he said that Matt had over booked with unreal promises and there was no way he could get my car looked at even Friday. Jimmy said he would have it looked at the first of the week. I received a text about noon on that my car was ready to be picked up. When I arrived Jimmy told me the Technician found two gaskets on the oil filter causing the leak. The last oil change was done ELSEWHERE. They replaced the oil filter, changed the oil, confirmed the seal was working as designed PLUS washed the car. When i went to pay for all this service Jimmy said there was no charge.
