Requested tire rotation after 90 minutes my car was returned to me with - NO- tire rotation completed. Said they could not find wheel lock. No one asked me for wheel lock and I was in the waiting room. What a joke

They set clear expectations of current services and said that I also needed new tires, but I could wait until the end of summer. I appreciate the honesty.

Please take my word for it. Just dont go in the door of this dealership. This advice will save yoou tons of stress and money.

Very nice service people. Allowed me to leave vehicle on a sat and called me back for pickup. Only gripe would be that the schedule and automated reminder told me 7AM when the service doesn’t open until later , please fix that.

Professional staff. Clean modern service center Ready when promised. Nice waiting area and the service coordinator was excellent

They were not upfront with the cost it would be for my car until I was checking out. Very unprofessional.
