Upselling on maintenance is a bit much and not a lot of

Upselling on maintenance is a bit much and not a lot of attention to detail. I dropped my vehicle off early for an oil change and tire repair. They called and said it was ready. I got a ride from a coworker, went in and paid but when I walked out to my truck, I saw right away that the repair was not done correctly. (I had a slow leak which they said they could not fix so I requested they use the brand new spare, mount & balance it on the rim and I'd take the original tire with the slow leak and use that as the spare. Well, they just put the spare tire on with the temp/spare rim and threw the other tire in the back. Meanwhile I had been charged for the remount and balance. I went back inside and they apologized for the mistake but I had to sit and wait while the issue was corrected. Then, the associate that wrote me up went on lunch and no one bothered to tell me my car was ready. After waiting about 45 minutes I got up to check and saw my vehicle was ready. Not sure how long I was left to sit there. Not the greatest experience. And they didn't remount the other tire onto the spare for me.

Great service fast efficient extremely friendly.

Great service fast efficient extremely friendly. Process was conducting without any issues and I now know my 2023 Highlander is set for another 6 months.

However I would like to say that whoever is responsible

However I would like to say that whoever is responsible for installing license plates needs to either be provided with the correct screws or not be allowed to touch vehicles The rear gate does NOT use a self tapping screw but rather the hole is threaded and takes a metric bolt or screw with threads. So my only complaint is that now the holes in my brand new cars tailgate are stripped of their original threads.
