I want to say that the sales side is great but I want to
I want to say that the sales side is great but I want to give a 0 to the service side. Not only are they rude but they do not know how to deal with customer service at all. After buying at least 14 cars on the jeep side in 6 years ( between me, my wife & my mother in law) we have never had a problem with them so figured we would have the same thing over on the Toyota side but nope, nothing but problems, constant needing to find a supervisor & even then they don’t know how to deal with customer service either. Also what is the point of having a “ warranty “ or “ extended warranty “ on a brand new 2021 car not even 5 months old if there not going to honor it. I will most likely never buy a car from Harr Toyota again after this!

Easiest car buying experience
Easiest car buying experience ever! We were approved right away and were able to drive home the same day! Everyone was extremely professional, friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back in the future!

Purchase experience
My salesman was Enxhi and he was excellent throughout and after the purchase process. Very responsive. All dealings were completely transparent. Highly satisfied and recommend it. One issue is that you must buy Lojack as an option which I did not care about and in normal times may have made me look elsewhere.

Satisfied second time buyer
We bought a car from Harr Toyota in 2019 and found it to be one of the easiest and most stress free experiences we have ever had buying a car. Sarah Wentworth was amazing to work with! When we needed to purchase another car in 2021, there was no question where we would go, and we were pleased when we asked for Sarah by name and got to work with her again. She is honest and professional, yet very personable and funny, and a joy to work with! She and her team do not try to sell you a bridge in Brooklyn to go with your car - they listen to what you want, and they give it to you. They make the process quick and enjoyable.

They will rip you off.
For me and my husband, the experience we have had with Toyota (HARR TOYOTA, 100 GOLDSTAR BLV WORCESTER, MA) has been a great disappointment. They were forcing us to make the loan with the Toyota bank at 4.42% when we had already approved a loan with our bank at 1.49% interest. Supposedly it was mandatory to make the loan through Toyota and after a month we could refinance with our bank. At the time of signing the Purchase Contract we noticed that they had added an additional $ 3,000.00 of optional extended warranties that we do not wish to add. They insisted that we accept the extended warranties and since we did not want them they wanted us to wait from Friday to Wednesday to get back to us. The seller even said that we would sign accepting the guarantees and that within a year he could cancel them. Am I stupid or what? Why do I want extended warranties that would be effective 3 to 5 years after the purchase and I am going to pay them for a year and cancel them, am I going to give the money away for a year? I had to go to my bank so that the bank would call the Dealer to send the Motor Vehicle Purchase Contract since they did not want to give it to me. I was supposed to wait for the seller and the manager that were not there, and they had 5 days off, also when there are supposed to be other managers and employees who can serve me. When the bank manager explained to the Toyota manager that they were violating our rights, and that they were trying to scam us, then they sent my bank the contract. The bank wrote me a check for the value of the car and I personally went to deliver it to Toyota Dealer, and even so the manager on duty gave me many excuses for not giving me the vehicle and he was very angry. It's a shame the people who work there can't be trusted. I understand that their job is to sell, but it is not to force and rip people off. Poor of those who do not know their rights and do not understand the English language. I don't want to think that they discriminated against me for being Hispanic. Anyway they forced me to buy the "lojack" something that is voluntary, as the documents of the lojack and Toyota say so but they told me that if I didn't buy that, they wouldn't sell me the car. The lojack cost $ 695.00 and three days later it cost $ 795.00 which ironic that they could not warn me that the price would go up in three days. Or is it that they were treating me like a silly person who wasn't going to notice? Toyota is the best brand but the dealer is the worst. I have proof of everything. They still have the nerve to ask me to rate them a number 5 and write a positive review. Thanks for nothing. Ivelisse Ostolaza and David Santiago.

Did help me drive the car I wanted
It was pleasure working with Sara Cobani, Enxhi and Justin. They helped me close the deal almost online. I went in probably just 3 times each 10 mins. Once to show the trade in, second to sign documents while third for collecting the car. Enxhi did kept my request to keep the meeting short during this times. I would certainly recommend working with them for your car needs.
